Material and labour for repair and servicing to squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415V, 100 HP Kirlosker make by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stater/rotor separately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacement of nuts , bolts and washers of suitable size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 but of squirrel cage induction motor of cap 40 HP.

All as per item No 1 but of squirrel cage induction motor of cap 20 HP.

All as per item No 1 but of squirrel cage induction motor of cap 10 HP.

All as per item No 1 but squirrel cage induction motor capacity 7.5/5 HP. Note for Ser No 1 to 5 :- (a) Replacement of defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately as Supply only here in after.

Repairing/overhauling of spilt cage centrifugal pump set of make Kirloskar coupled with 100 HP motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, bearings housing shaft, gunmetal impeller etc. assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers and checking the alignment connecting up delivery, suction pipes and testing complete all as directed. Note:- Spares replaced if any shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.

Rewinding of centrifugal motor, assembling and rewinding the motor with suitable size of copper enameled winding wire and insulating materials, varnishing of pump set, bushes and any other parts require for proper functioning re-assembling, connecting and testing complete of the 100HP capacities :-

Repair/overhauling of centrifugal Mono block pump set by dismantling the pump motor cleaning and varnishing the starter motor, varnishing, drying, replacement of DE/NDE side bearings, shaft seal and any other minor parts required for proper functioning, painting the set with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge for the mono block 20 HP capacities :-

Material and labour for removing the submersible pump set of any capacity including column pipes and submersible cables complete from the existing bore well of depth up to 200 mtr by any suitable method i.e. either manual/ vehicle mounted motorized system and disconnecting the pump and motor to locate the faults in pressence of Engr - in - charge and carry out repairs, includings transportings to Wksp and reassembling after repairs, complete includings lowring after repairs and testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/overhauling of submersible pump set up to 15 HP capacity, and any stage by replacing bushes, impeller thrust bearings, strainer, nuts and bolts, washers, pump shaft remetalling, grinding, polishing, greasing complete reassembling the pump and testing, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Repair/rewinding of submersible motor upto capacity 15 HP of any staging by dismantling the pump from the motor taking it to workshop, rewinding of the motor with same size of copper enameled winding wire, insulating, varnishing of the same replacement of bushes and any other space parts required for smooth functioning of the submersible pump, re-assembling, re-installing at site connecting and testing complete.

Material and labour for repairs to unserviceable star delta starter for pump set 100 HP by replacing over load relay of suitable range coil, spare kit for contactor, terminals, short pieces of copper wire duly crimped with bottle lugs etc and any other spares as required for proper functioning and monitoring of pump set (Model of starter ML 3F) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs DOL starter in sheet metal enclosure Type MK-I, 3 phase for 7.5 HP motor with new one all as directed

Supply & fixing Direct online submercible pump starter suitable for 15.0 HP submercible pump with enclosure including all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Single phase preventer suitable upto 100 HP 3 Phase 415V Pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for in repairs to contractor AC3 63A, 40KW 415 Volts, 50Hz model-MCE 15M series A1 in the existing starter suitable for 40 HP pump set

Supply and fixing in replacement of any size of unsv cable with copper cable pvc insulated of size 70 Sqmm single core including connections etc complete with suitable size of lugs, nut, bolt and weasher etc as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
