Demolition of Brick or stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement omplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement omplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 300x300x7mm thick non skid joint less (vertical joints) ceramic coloured tiles as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cemnt to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles light shade /double charged/ultra charged as directed, 10mm thick (square /rectangular), coloured , polished ,area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm ( actual size of tile shall be 600x 600x8mm thick), in floors etc. set with and incl provison of suitable chemical adhesive of 3mm thickness (usage of adhesive shall not be less than 3 Kg/ sqm ) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles & floor tiling incl chemical over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 450 x 300 x 7mm thick joint less (vertical joint ) glazed ceramic tiles coloured set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in skirting/dado over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing, precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. (Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 5cm sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc, n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Aluminium anodised door, window and ventilator complete w/o taking off the from frame complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
