Material and labour for taking down old existing unserviceable / BER lifts, goods lift capacity 1020 Kg to serve upto 3 floors (G+2 floors) ground plus two floors complete all as directed. Note :- Old unserviceable Lift accessories will be deposited to E/M store yard.
Design, Supply, install testing & commissioning of 1000 Kg goods lift, by using the existing lift shaft speed 1 mtr/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 HZ supply confirming to IS-14665, suitable to serve (G+02) upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with / without attendant, centre opening doors with drive (electric motor driven mechanism, sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in voice announcing system without hand set in car, machine room & near ground floor with landing door complete all as specified.
CONTROLLER (LCB): Microprocessor based LSVF closed loop controller with VVVF drive unit for existing duty load, speed, stops and simplex full collective operation with incorporation of features like, Auto Rescue Device (ARD), energy efficiency, non fire lifts, enclosure meeting with the standards of EMC (Electo Magnetic Compatibility), Automatic by-pass, overload device, Automatic self levelling, Alarm bell/buzzer, Anti Nuisance, New reference system in hoist ways suitable for the new LSVF controller including magnets, cams and limit switches with mounting accessories and protection.
LIFT CAR CABIN (CD 35 PC / CD 41) : a) Car frame/ sling fabricated from suitable steel angle or channel section all as per IS. (b) Car roof, provided with a car top rail / balustrade and suitable warning notice for fall hazard. (c) Car cabin enclosures and false ceiling match with existing size, capacity with stainless steel (SS 304) hairline finish or / and stainless steel (SS 304) Scratch Resistant finish and flooring with granite / marble colour, texture, Design as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Noiseless pressure fan or blower provided in lift cabin with supply grill matching with the interior of the cabin. (e) Recess mounted LED lighting and in addition to normal lighting and emergency light unit using sealed Nickel/Cadmium Maintenance freee battery power pack with charger and LED lamp to operate automatically and to illuminate the car for minimum 30 minutes in case of power failure. (f) hand rails fabricated with polished stainless steel at height & locations suitable for physically challenged passengers. (g) scratch resistant cabin enclosure at least one third of the size at middle portion on rear panel through out the height of the cabin.
CAR OPERATING PANEL : Flush type Stainless Steel "Car Operating Panel" with the following devices. (a) Bank of call buttons corresponding to landing served Tactile braille LED iluuminated buttons and tonal contrast to the COP & car panels finish with a soft audible signal to confirm operation. (b) Alarm button, provided with a yellow pictogram to indicate the alarm button provision. (c) Fan / Blower switch. (d) Door open and close button. (e) The main floor / exit floor push button, protruded 5 mm beyond the other floor buttons with illumination. (f) "Up" & "Down" direction indicators indicating travel direction. (g) Key operated switch for "Attendant" and "Automatic" operation. (h) Overload panel along with audio / visual indication. (j) Door hold button, which extends normal door open period by up to 30 seconds. The extended time can be cancelled by actuation of door close button. (k) / scrolling digital car position indicator with LED / LCD illumination indicating the landing at which the car is stopped or passing. (l) Hall buttons combined with digital position indicator with SS hairline finish face plate suitable for simplex full collective operation at lobby floor of all landings (G+2 floor)
CAR & LANDING DOORS: (a) The landing doors complete with headers, sills, frames etc. as required and entrances for lifts protected by automatic power operated, center opening, with finishing matching with car (stainless steel (SS 304) hairline finish or / and Stainless steel (SS 304) scratch Resistant finish), single skin construction all as per IS. (b) Positive acting Door Drive powered by A.C. motor rigidly connected to the door and controlled by a VVVF unit and simultaneously open the car and landing doors and maintain the doors fully open or closed at each landing (G+2 floor), suitable for Attendant / Automatic operation and smooth opening of door without any jerk and closing of door without any banging noise, mounted on steel members forming part of the car sling. (c) A multiple beam full height infrared electronic door detector, to regulate the closing motion of the doors for entry of the passengers. (d) Each landing door (PAX PRIMA), to be provided with an interlock, to prevent movement of the car away from the landing until the doors are locked in the closed position with an electric contact for the door to prevent car movement away from the landing unless the door is in fully closed position. (e) The car and the landing doors are to be provided with two point suspension sheave type hangers complete with tracks. Sheaves and rollers of steel with moulded nylon collar and shielded ball bearings and the tracks of suitable steel section with smooth surface.
DRIVING SHEAVES, GOVERNOR ROPES AND SUSPENSION ROPES: (a) Self lubricated, round standard wire ropes manufactured from high grade steel and special flexible material the combined breaking strength calculated with factor of safety . (b) The end of the lift ropes, properly secured to the the car and counter weight hitch plates as the case may be with adjustable rope shackles having individual tapers babbit sockets and with a suitable shackle spring, seat washer, shackle nut & lock & shackle nut split pin or any other suitable arrangement. Note: The Contractor has to produce test certificate for the ropes.
VOICE SYNTHESIZER : Digital type capable of site programming, giving a choice of background music (with option at the site to choose or reject) and capable of providing following messages in English language. "Arrival at the floor & its designation".
HOISTWAY HARNESS AND TRAVELLING CABLES: (a) hoist way harness and travelling cables suitably suspended to relieve strains in individual conductors suitable for LSVF closed loop controller and fixtures, run from a junction box on the top of the car to a junction box located in the shaft bear mid point of travel and from these junction boxes conductors run to the various locations. (b) Travelling cables shall be provided for signals, controls, lights, fans, alarm bell, emergency circuit and music .Extra 10 percent of the total capacity .
PIT LADDER & SWITCHES: (a) Fixed pit ladders between the bottom landing and the pit floor, safe from all falling hazards. (b) Two pit stop switches, with mushroom red head ( it shall be locked off when pushed and reset manually) one at bottom landing level in the shaft & the other on the pit (First stop switch shall be accessible from the lower landing on opening of the landing door and the second switch from the pit floor) which when in the STOP position, shalll prevent any movement of the lift car including movement during inspection operation, until both the switches are set in the run POSITION. (c) Terminal limit switches, to slow down and stop the car automatically at the terminal landings and final limit switches to automatically cut off power should the car travel beyond the terminal landings. (d) Fireman switch at lobby floor. (e) Safety operated switch. (f) intercom.
Note: (a) The contractor should visit the site to assess the exact scope of work prior to quoting the tender. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the following : (i)Fixing car and counter weight brackets,allingnment of guide rails and fixing counter weight frame , car frame with balancing couter weights.. Complete machine unit over speed governor (OSG), necessary machine fixing channels. (ii) Additional safety aspects for machine room (First Aid Box, Co2 / Foam based fire hydrant cylinders, Danger plates, Rubber mats in front of each controller. Electric shock treatment charts and any other safety item that may be required by authorities) and in lift car including lift identification nplates and DOS AND DONTS plates made of SS with engraved letters in English language as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Two galvanized iron 32X6 mm size earth strips running all along the hoist way and from machine room to earth pit including connecting from necessary terminals and suitable clamps completre. (iv) Painting of all lift metal work with one shop coat of rust inhibiting paint in the factory and painted with finishing coats on site. (v) Civil works involving fixing landing operating panel, Landing fascia, guide rails, sills limit switches, embedding in wall etc. complete. (vi) The charges for obtaining Lift fitness certificate for a period of minimum ten years from the Lift Inspector of the Telanga state. (c) Any civil / architectural / structural damage or changes (if any) to walls / floors/ architraves / fascades / ceilings / doors that the contractor may cause during work process will have to be rectified to its original form at his own cost, risk and responsibility.

(c) Detuning reactors : Detuning reactors shall be tuned to a frequency of 134 Hz, enabling it to supress Harmonics of the order of 3rd and 5th above. Rating upto 25 KVAR shall be copper wound with lug termination where as 50 and above shall be made of copper wound windings terminated on to a copper bus bar of suitable ratings. These shall be incorporated to a temperature limiting device for thermal protection. Linearity of the series Reactor must be 0.9x XL for current upto 1.73 XII. (d) Capacitor : Internally delta connected 3 phase capacitor units having rated voltage of 525 V, 50 Hz, AC should be used in series with the reactors to form a detuned bank to deliver required output and the tuning frequency. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.
(xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. Alternator - Standard design alternator, Power Rating 320 KVA/ 256 KW, 3 Phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, Power factor 0.8(lagging) Current 139 Amps, net output at site after considering derating for per site conditions at 0.8 (lagging) power factor, 1500 RPM, Cooling Liquid cooled, Aspiration Turbo charged, air cooled self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load, A1 The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722.

AMF Panel : Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel made out 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminum bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 320 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable, all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen Set to AMF Panel.

Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :-
(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against wreathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.
(xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) Provn of 2 Nos 11 Watts LED lamp fitting of approved Make incl wiring inside canopy with single switch controlled. (xvii) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xviii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xix) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. (xix) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.
(e) Civil Work: All civil works including RCC/ PCC platform 1:3:6 type C2 and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen Set, The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300mm with anti vibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer. The foundation drawing for DG Set shall got be approved by Engr-In-Charge before laying of foundation. The Contractor has to obtain approval for RCC/PCC foundation for the DG Set with the manufactures; Rates shall be quoted accordingly with written certificate from the manufacturers for the same.

Mobile Trolley suitable for 82.5 KVA Diesel Genrating Set, chassis made up of suitable size of MS channel and accessories with four wheel (Tube inner and Tyre outer) with grease nipple suitable size alongwith suitable load springsincluding towing hook with braking arrangements with 10 mm thick MS sheet (Chequered plate) platform with suitable fenced barricades around, and one gate all as specified and as directed by GE. Trolley should be suitable to accommodate the 82.5 KVA DG Set including the working place suitable as IE norms (The contractor shall submit the drawings and obtain the approval of GE before processing the same).
Duct cleaning package system with Robotic type includes, initial robotic inspection, duct cleaning, cleaning of diffusers and grills, final robotic inspection and making video and submit to the Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and directed.
