The sealing area on the Disk should have a Surface finish maximum < 3.0 Ra.
Valve Seat
Base Material - Steel grade ASTM A36, IS 2062 Grade or Equivalent.
Micro-hardness of the Carb Clad/ Tribo.Sol Coated surface on Seat should be minimum ≥1400 HV
The sealing area on the Seat should have a Surface finish of maximum < 3.0 Ra.
Gate Resting Plate
Base Material - Steel grade ASTM A36, IS 2062 Grade or Equivalent.
Micro-hardness of the Carb Clad/ Tribo.Sol Coated surface should be minimum ≥650 HV
