Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. .

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defectivelocations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surfaceis exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposedsurface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of theEngineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wirebrush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymermodified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosionof reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode ofmeasurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall beconsidered for payment]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete withfresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as permanufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface). Note: Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel isexposed.

Applying 2 coats of Acrylic Polymer modified Paint (Equivalent to MASTER CRETE M-81 OF CHOKSEY OR SIMILER SPECIFIED PRODUCT) having water proofing cum bonding properties ….etc

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

a) 20 mm thick

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

(i) with 1:6 cement mortar.

(c)15 mm. thick plaster.

(i) with 1:6 cement mortar.

(b) 20 mm. thick plaster.

(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar .

(c)10 mm. thick plaster.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Reparing collapsible gate by cutting out all rivets as necessary reassamblingall members including welding pieces of channels,sraightening bent bars and rivetting with new rivets and fitting inposition and painting two coats.

Collapsible gate with 40 mm.X 40mm x 6 mm.Tee as top and bottom guide rail, 20 mm,X10 mm,X2 mm. vertical channels 100 mm. apart in fully stretched position 20 mm. X5 mm.M.S. flats as collapsible bracing properly rivetted and washered including 38 mm. steel rollers including locking arrangement, fitted and fixed in position with lugs set in cement concrete and including cutting necessary holes, chasing etc. in walls , floors etc. and making good damages complete. (Add extra @1% for each addl. floor upto 5th floor and @1.25% for each addl. floor above 5th floor.)In ground floor. .

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheetwork having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile ofapproved make as per IS: 15965: 2012 and IS: 14246: 2013 (excludingthe supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm selftapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc.complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap.(Payment to be made on area of finished work). In roof With .5mm thick sheet.

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizesspecialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted torafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc.(length of straight not less than 230 mm) (To be used for repair works only)

Supplying 1.5 mm. thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150 mm. apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6m height for external wall ).

Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles ofapproved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cementmortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tilesusing cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive(6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stonefloor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid afterapplication slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM belowmortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cementand colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxygrout materials of approved make as directed and removal ofwax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water andpolishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finishcomplete including the cost of materials, labour and all otherincidental charges complete true to the manufacturer'sspecification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Whitecement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be suppliedby the

(I) With application slurry @1.75 kg/ Sq.m, 20 mm sandcement mortar (1:4) & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back sideof tiles, 0.2 kg/ Sq.m white cement for joint filling withpigment.

(B) Light Colour

Taking out shutter of door and window, dismantaling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts), reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fitting but with new screws as necessary.( where different part of same shutter are renewed under different item, payment under item 73 will be made once only).

(b) Rendring the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand (1.5mm thick).

Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent basedinterior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification)including cleaning and smoothning of surface.Two Coats

Scraping of moss, blisters etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper , wire brush etc.(payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge.).

Applying exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plaster or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:.

(a) one coat.

Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality , as per manufacture specification as per direction of EIC to be apply over Acrylic primer as required. the rate included cost of material , labour scaffoldic and all incidential charges but excluding the cost of primer.In ground floor ( two coat).

(b) Premium 100% Acrylic emulsion.

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.

(b) On steel or other metal surface: .

(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).
