Excavation in soft / loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 Sq cm but not exc 250 Sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel Fe-410-W Gde E-250 or Fe-290 Gde E-165 round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing 100 x 100 mm mesh size made out of GI wire from 2.5 to 2.85 mm dia having minimum 1mm thick PVC coating over it including inner woven wire.Weight of wire mess not exc 4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron as in bands straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes including bolt if required, hooks (stay) heavy for large gates,hook and pintle hinges,large hasps and staples, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans ,cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc15 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts,standard bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dismantling, Lifting & transportation of Alternator of DG Set capacity 20 KVA to 82.5 KVA and keeping the core inside oven chamber to removing of moisure and increasing of the insulation value of core and drying the core assembly for minimum 3 days at a temp of 120oC including Re-fixing and alighnment all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) Cost for lifting/lowering the core of Alternator by crane is inclusive.(b) Labour for fixing the connection/removal of connection inside the heating chamber is inclusive. (c) Power consumption for heating core for improving insulation value is inclusive. (d) Temperature 120oC to be maintained and inclusive in rate quoted.
