Providing nd laying water proofing reatment in sunken portin of WCs bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of apply a. First layer of slurry of cement 0.488 kg per sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound 0.216 kg per sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. b. Second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg per sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound 0.126 kg per sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs the rate includes preparation of surface treatment and sealing of all joints corners junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles fo size 300x300 mm or more thickness to be specified by the manufacturer of 1st quality conforming to IS15622 of approved make in all colours shades except white lvory Gray Fume red brown laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1 cement 4 Coarse sand jointing with grey cement slurry 3.3 kg sqm including pointing the joints with whithe cement and matching pigments etc complete

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster inclung disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 cement 6 fine sand

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work Two or more coat applied 1.67 ltrs per 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.2 kg per 10 sqm
