Disconnecting, diffective Indoor/outdoor HT/LT transformer of following capacity, drain out complete transformer oil storing the same in suitable container to be provided by the contractor, lifting of the top cover, taking out core & core assembly carefully with the help of chain pully/ Crane after disconnecting LT/HT connection to check its condition, cleaning the tank & core taking down & servicing of deffective HT/LT bushes with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers insulation lowering back the core assembly after all necessary repair as directed here-in-after refilling filtered transformer dehydration oil taking down & providing the new synthetic rubberised cork sheet making all HT/LT incoming & outgoing connections including testing & commissioning Up to 160 KVAcomplete all as directed.

All as per item No.1 here in before but above 160 KVA up to 250KVA

Filtration & Dehydration of transformers oil for transformers, HT/LT OCB, HT VL switches etc through on line filtration equipment to withstand minmum dielectirc strength 40 KV for 1min at 2.5 mm gap and flash at 60 KV without disturbing/switching off system complete all as directed .

Supply and topping up of transformer oil suitable for 11 KV system for transformer/OCBs having 45KV of minimum dielectric strength complete all as directed..

Taking down carefully by Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side, and earthing of unserviceable transformer, from Platform 2/4 pole structure, draining out the transformer oil in clean barrels, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop for rewinding, reconditioning or any other repairs required, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet including gasket along with conservator including hoisting placing in position and securing properly on 4pole/ 2 pole structure, platform at site, including pouring in the transformer oil in the transformer reinstallation, commissioning and testing Transformer capacity up to 125 KVA complete all as directed. Note: (i) U/S items required for repairs shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. Transformer oil with die electric strenght not less than 40KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for opening of top cover of transformer 11/0.433 KV including draining out required transformer oil keeping in safe custody in a dry and clean container, taking out top cover disconnecting HT/LT connnections internally and externally for replacement of unserviceable items(to be paid seperately) reconnecting after replacement of defective parts, re assembling and refitting of top cover and refilling of transformer oil including heating and testing complete for the following capacities of Transformer capacity upto 125 KVA complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT coils of different type/capacity and make of transformer with superior quality super enamelled copper winding wire/strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials such as cork sheet, fibre glass insulation/paper isulation cotton, empire tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers, soldering and other packing materials etc complete all as directed. .

All as per ser Item .6 here in before but for copper winding strip of any size for L.T. coils of transformers.

M&L for heat treatment at the workshop furnance of complete core before and after re-assembly of coil into limps after rewinding for transformer capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as directed. .

Supply & fix LT bushings 433V of suitable size for outdoor/ indoor type transformer of the capacity Upto 100 KVA complete all as directed.

Supply and installation connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted on insulators 12 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 200 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site all as directed. M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out U/S HT cables safely from trenches of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm and depositing to MES store yard for reuse after removing faults complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Laying fixing or passing through pipe only HT cables of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm in trenches after removing faults and jointing properly ( Joint will be measured and paid separatlely under respective items of BOQ) Complete all as directed. ( Serviceable old cable retrieved under ser item above will be used )

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed..

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and as directed...

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and as directed..

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type size 380mm x 180mm x40mm , laid flat across the cable length all as per specification and directed

Taking out U/S Vacuum Circuit Breaker 630A rating having working voltage 11000V from HT panel for repairs and strip opening complete all as required. Seggregating serviceable and un serviceable parts.Cleaning to remove complete carbon contents from the dismentled parts. Reassembling after replacement of u/s parts and adjustment for smooth functioning of the circuit breaker. Testing complete after installation of vacuum cicuit breaker in HT panel to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge complete all as specified and as directed. ( Unserviceable parts required to make VCB serviceable will be measured separately under respective items detailed here in after.)

Decarburizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system in existing make of Areva complete all as specified and directed, rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CTC & cotton waste provided by contractor.
