EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel having Aluminum bus bar board of aggregate capacity 75 KVAR suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, Manufactured shall be CPRI norms and as approved by GE, factory made. Panel board shall have front and rear opening with hinged type doors and rubber gasket, handles, industrial type, locking arrangement, cable alleys, switch gear compartment, bottom cable, entry holes for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing terminals, danger notice plate, aluminum bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves of colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulaters housed in a separate bus bar chamber including control wiring with PVC insulated, flexible, multistranded copper conductor cables of adequate size and of adequate length for connecting of capacitors, contactors etc. duly ferruled crimped with suitable lugs / thimbles and including connecting of incoming and outgoing cables. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type, conforming to the norms of CPRI, factory made, weather proof dust proof, powder coated, platform mounted factory made of size 1.2 x 1.0 x 0.6m, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3.15 mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work , having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos), earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. Supply and fixing Compact street lighting luminaires with deep drawn housing for single 35 Watt LED, 5700K with toughened glass protection, pressure die cast aluminium housing IP66, with epoxy white powder coated and fixing bracket made of 40mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe made to shape having overall length 1.2 mtr, fixed over the vertical wall / steel plate through two numbers mild steel clamp of 25mm width, 3mm thick MS flat strip and four Nos nuts,bolts & washers of 12mm dia, fixed on steel pole complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing Junction box with terminals of size 130 x 180 x 77 mm or nearest higher size made of polycarbonate body with IP 66/67 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, shock proof, fire retardant, with internally embedded gasket fitted with heat treated bakelite terminals block and PVC glands for cable entry complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Three core 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) service wire PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 marked and from junction box to street light fitting through steel pole with necessary clamps, bolts, etc required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install street light panel outdoor type with astronomical time switch, 32A contactor and 40 Amp SPN as incommer, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, AC complete for pole mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and laying of pipe ductile Iron, socket & spigot type, Class “K-7”, 80 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for DI specials like Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreaing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross for DI pipe upto 80 mm bore (spigot or socket type) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing in proper position ISI marked multi-layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top), of capacity 7500 litres with and including 20mm bore PTMT float and ball valve set including providing necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of water softener plant of capacity 6000 Lit/hr including suitable size vessel, 0.535 Kg or 0.0535 Cum resin with considering ion-exchange capacity of resin of 10 kg/ Cum alongwith brine water solution tank of capacity 30 Ltr and other accessories complete . Note: The bidder shall test the water available at site and afterward prepare the design of softner plant as suitable for central AC plant. The above details are of minimun value to be calculated by department.

Material and labour Construction of brick masonry chamber of 60 cm x 60 cmx 60 cm [internal dimensions] suitable for 80mm bore sluice valve with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation brick wall with sub class ‘B’ brick, old size built in CM 1:4 PCC [1:3:6] type C1 [using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping rendering in CM [1.4] 15 MM thick including provision of MS sheet cover 3 mm thick including handle, hinges locking arrangements etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for Construction of septic tank for 10 users (Inner dimensions:- As pe Drg) (Effective depth with 0.30m freeboard) (length will be devided into two parts with ratio 1:3 with RCC buffle wall 0.10m wide using reinforcement 8mm # @150mm c/c both ways) with RCC M-25 design mix top slab 100mm thick using 8mm # @150mm c/c alternate cranked for short span & 8# @ 200mm c/c for long span incl 50mm thick precast RCC manhole 2 nos opening size 600 x 600 mm using 8# @ 150mm both ways with handeles, over fly ash brickwork in CM 1:4 1st 1.0 m from bottom with 625mm wide and bal height with 375mm & 500mm wide divided equally over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 C2 type with required slope including internal rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using extra cement excavation in any type of soil, filling removalof soil 3.0m long pvc 110mm vent pipe with cowl all complete all as specified and as directed. (Ref TD - 01/2022-23)

Material and labour for Soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, foundation with PCC 1:3:6 for wall, honey combed fly brick work in CM 1:4, RCC M-25 top cover slab using 8mm# 150mm c/c both way incl 2 Nos 8# circular steel bar, filling of brick bats, returning filling, removal of surplus soil etc all complete (internal dimension :- 1.20m dia, 4.50 m deep) all as specified and directed. (Ref TD - 02/2022-23)

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Material & Labour for mixing of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3 :6 (i.e 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust materials) laying thickness of 600mm(compacted thickness) in 3 layers , watering , ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97 % placed at required camber and gradient complete as directed. Note: - Design mix is mandatory, The unit rate quoted is deemed to include this aspect. The design mix shall be approved by the GE.

DG SET

Supply,installation,Testing and Commissio -ning silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 power factor, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per pollution control norms CPCB 4+ and foundation etc. of capacity 320 KVA Qty. Technical Specification: Stroke- As specified by OEM, RPM- 1500, Cyl. Configuration - vertical lnline, Dirction of Rotation - Counter clockwise viewed from flywheel end, Method of aspiration- Turbo charged, Method of cooling- Coolant cooled, Type of Governor- Electronic, Starting system-12V Electric start, Overload capacity- 10% for 1hr. in every 12hrs. running, Duty- Continuous, Safety control- Low lube oil pressure, High coolant temp, Applicable standards - ISO 3046, BS 5514, Bore & Stroke- As specified by OEM, Compression ratio-As specified by OEM, Lube oil sump cap- As specified by OEM, Coolant capacity with engine jacket - As specified by OEM.

Alternator. Rating: 320 KVA, Type: Brushless, Excitation: Self excited, self regulated (AVR), Enclosure: SPDP, Enclosure protection: IP-23, Rating: Continuous, Rated voltage: 415V, No of phases: 3Ph, Rated current: 320KVA-445Amps, Frequency: 50Hz, Power factor: 0.8pf, Class of insulation: H, Voltage Regulation: + 1%, Overload capacity 10% for 1hr for every 12hrs running, Applicable standards: IS 4722/BS 5000. Accessories. Fuel tank suitable for 8hrs. Capacity shall be supplied and to be mounted inside the canopy, Exide make batteries 1 No x12V, 90AH capacity, Battery lead, Anti-Vibration mounting pads (fitted inside the canopy), Residential silencer (fitted on inside/top of canopy), First fill of lube oil & coolant.

AMF Control Panel. The AMF control panel shall be made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, set/floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof and powder coated and suitable for 415V,3Phase, 50Hz system. The panel will be incorporated inside the canopy and shall consist of the following features: Microprocessor based AMF controller having safety features with display of following engine & Alternator parameters:- Engine Display features-Low lube oil pressure, High water temperature, overspeed, low fuel level, RPM, No. of hours run, battery voltage. Safeties- LLOP, HWT, LFL, Over Speed & earth fault relay. Alternator Display features- Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, Kw, Kwh, KVAR. Safeties- Over current, over/ under frequency, short circuit, current transformers of suitable ratio, 2 Nos suitalby rated 4 Pole power contactor for DG & Mains, 1 No. suitably rated MCCB with short circuit & overload protection as outgoing, Indicating Lamps for DG ON/ load ON/Mains ON, MCB for control protection, Battery charger with auto trickle & boost charging facility, Toggle switch for control ON/Off. Note: All engine & alternator parameters will be displayed through above controller only.

Acoustic Enclosure. Acoustic enclosure shall be made of specially procured 16SWG CRCA sheet and structural sheet metal base frame and comply with CPCB / GRIHA norms with following features:- The most compact, six sided, close, modular construction and detachable. Meet CPCB / MOEF norms. Sound level<75 DbA at one meter distance under free field conditions as per norms. Easy Accessibility around the DG set, which ensures optimum serviceability. Special power coated enclosure, weather proof, corrosion resistant, environment friendly. Specially designed lifting hooks. Use of high quality hardware ensure longer life of enclosure. Provision for emergency stop facility. Fuel tank of 8hrs. running capacity is specially designed and mounted inside the enclosure as an integral part of Acoustic enclosure. Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations included in quoted rate of contractor. Also necessary connection from main panel to DG panel with Cables as per load to be included in quoted rate of contractor.

Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC platform and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of disturbed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommendedby the manufacturer. Note :- The contractor shall arrange artificial load resistive for testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

AIR CONDITIONING

Designing, Supply, Installation, Erecting, Testing and Commissioning of Micro-processor controlled, Water cooled, Energy-Efficient, Packaged Chilled water based Central HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning) plant for 01 No of Technical Accn, i.e. Spl Storage Building (Building containing or likely to contain Explosive which may give rise to slight presence of flammable vapours or explosive dust) of Approximate Size 36 Meter X 18 Meter X 4.2 Meter (False ceiling at 4.2 Meter Height) at Panagarh Military Station (West Bengal), as shown in Architectural drawings, of suitable Capacity as worked out by the contractor based on his own Design calculations but not less than 100 TR and not more than 110 TR (to be worked out by the contractor based on his own heat load calculations and design) to meet inside design conditions i,e. 23 ° ± 2° and RH 55% ± 5% with 01 air changes per hour, equipted with two units of 50% of full load capacity of heat load as main operating units and One units of 50% of full load capacity of heat load as Standby unit. i.e. The plant shall have three (03) Nos. of packaged water cooled condensing units of 50% capacity each) complete in all respects with Three (03) Nos. of factory assembled packaged Chilling Units (Each comprising of Energy Efficient inverter scrool Compressor, Integral finned

shell and tube type water condenser and base frame) along with 2 Nos Cooling tower (1 working and 1 Standby) (FRP type), 2 Nos. of Condenser water circulating pumps (one main and one standby) with condenser water pipe lines, 02 Nos. of Chilled water Circulating pumps (one main and one standby) with chilled water insulated pipe networks, 1 No of Hot Water Generator (Capacity as worked out by contractor), 2 Nos of Hot water Circulating pumps (one main and one standby) with Hot water insulated pipe network. 1 No of Air handling unit (weather making chamber, with air-filters, fresh air grills, Cooled air ducting, Air diffusers, fire dampers), CFM as worked out, with provisions of winter heating, de-humidifiers etc. first charge of refrigerant and oil filling complete in all respect and as specified below with all control accessories, LT panel board necessary underground cables and electrical earthing including necessary civil work for foundation all as specified and as described here-in-under as well as in PS Clause.

Note :- 1. The above item shall be quoted and executed on ground based on Contractos's own design on Turnkey execution and Performance Guarantee Basis. The Performance Guarantee is related to achieving the indoor conditions, with the air-conditioned space as stipulated at above. The contractor shall be responsible that the HVAC system installed based on his own design results into meeting all the parameters of desired indoor conditions, as specified and as outdoor conditions are with the climate range as per Panagarh, WB, during all seasons i.e. Summer, Winters and Monsoons on 24 hours operation round the year basis. The Contractor shall also be responsible for desired operational efficacy and design efficiency of the HVAC system during its life cycle of minium five years. 2. The Contractors must specifically note that Plant room is to be provided at an aerial distance of not less than 60 Meters away from Technical Building. The Seperate Chilled water and Hot water Insulated Recirculation system is to be provide. The capacity of plants equipments etc must take into considertion the losses in temperature of Chilled/Hot water in recirculation system. The extra cost of laying insulated pipe line also need to be taken into consideration.

3. External electric supply and external water supply upto the point of main LT Feeder panel and make up water tank respectively shall be measure in relevant items of respective schedule and after this point all reqd length with size shall be included in the quoted rate. 02 X 7500 Ltr water has been catered in respective schedule, one of them rest in ground level and other at roof level of AC plant room. reqd pump with level indicator and auto operation panel shall be included in quoted rate. 4. After succesful installation of plant, the contractor shall be conducted Phase -I & Phase -II test (summer, winter, mansoon) as per procedure. 5. Installation of Central AC Plant to be executed under the Supervision of OEM.
