Dismantling and complete overhauling of self starter after taking out same from mounting. Complete overhauling of the same with replacement of carbon, armature coil, field coil, bush and bendix pinion and other related components to the following capacities DG sets :-

DG set of capacity - 125 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green, Cotton Greaves)

DG set of capacity - 63 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green, Kirloskar BLISS)

DG set of capacity - 25 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green)

Replacement of (AVR) automatic voltage regulator Diode forward and reverse, rotating rectifier accessory complete to the following capacity of DG set :-

DG set of capacity - 125 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green/Cotton Greaves)

DG set of capacity - 63 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green/Kirloskar Bliss)

DG set of capacity - 25 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green)

Taking down the radiator from foundation and cleaning the complete radiator and detect the leakage and repair the complete by soldering/brazing of following capacity of DG sets :-

DG set of capacity - 125 KVA. (Make- Kirloskar Green/Cotton Greaves)

DG set of capacity - 63 KVA (Make- Kirloskar Green/ Kirloskar Bliss)

Repair / overhauling of dynamo by dismantling the same from DG set after taking down the fan belt and pulley, repair of the same with replacement of armature coil, carbon (1 Set) field coil, clutch patti bearing etc and other related items. Re-assembling all the dismantled items and refxing the same on mountings and testing complete to the following capacities DG sets :-

Repair / overhauling of Alternator by dismantling the same from DG set after taking down from coupling, servicing of field coil, Armature coil, Exiciting coil with insulation treatment and heat treatment and fixing of other related items. Re-assembling all the dismantled items and refxing the same on mountings and testing complete of DG set of capacity - 125 KVA (Make : Kirloskar Green, Cotton Greaves)

Repair and calibration of FIP of DG set of capacity - 63 KVA (Kirloskar Green / Kirloskar Bliss) including replacement of pluger, washer manifold, injection nozzles etc all as required and testing after refixing on engine and setting the rated RPM complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and drain out engine oil & pouring in engine oil 20 W 40 (Make : Castrol / Vedol / Servo)

Supply only Distilled Water bottle of 1ltr capacity to topup in battery.

Supply and repacement of coolant K cool super plus - 25/75

Supply and fixing battery leads 1.2mtr (Red and black) with terminal fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ON LOAD four pole changeover with advanced Neutral switch of 400 Amps capacity. Make - Havells or equvl of L&T/Legrand

Supply and fixing battery 150 AH maintenance free complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Boss/Exide/Amaron

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule part 1 with and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100mm center to center both ways watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
