PART I - CIVIL WORKS

Providing and laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Dismantling carefully the existing RCC kitchen platform/Brick work / stone masonary /PCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposing off debris outside colony etc complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 50 E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) without causing any damage to the household & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. NOTE : 1. The inspection and anti-termite treatment shall be carried out in the affected premises for as many times as necessary for complete extermination of white ants. 2. Care should be taken by contractor to ensure that pets & human beings are not affected on account of the above statement. 3. After satisfactory completion of anti-termite treatment the payment shall be made to contractor for the actual quantum of work done. 4. Appointment from the allottee to be taken before starting the treatment and the number of flats should be intimated for which appointment for the particular date is taken. 5. Above treatment shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of completion of work. 6. Wherever treatment is required to be given to wood work doors etc. the chemical to be prepared in Kerosene instead of water and all as per IS specifications.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL or approved make conforming to IS 1786

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.

Providing cement: sand: 6mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed mortar average 30mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete including preparing surfaces consisting tapping by wooden ballet for hollowness of existing surface and repairing damaged locations all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks / fly ash bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specifications of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with wall care putty over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished natural stones as mentioned for the followings for kitchen platform/wash basin counter/laborotary working platform topping and facia over and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring.Top exposed surface on plan & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm.Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For kitchen platform / Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

b) For kitchen platform / wash basin counter horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

c) For horizontal beading of size 30x16mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone/composite marble as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface ,spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 4)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For 100mm thick vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of one side 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs other side polished 18mm Graniter/composite marble of approved colou sandwiched between the stones with 52 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of polished 18mm thick same granite stone/composite marble on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent), 250mm one side granite rising above platform level with both side polishing including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

b) For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 20 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of mirror polished 18mm thick jet black granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

c) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

d) 18 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for shelves including rubbing ,full round moulding, polishing the exposed edges.

e) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

f) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

g) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

h) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone for ledge wall top, window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

j) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade with approved finishing for flooring/ramp with 100 mm wide strip with stone slabs of required size & fixing in pattern including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding including polishing / edgeing to exposed face etc. complete.

k) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for counter/dado/ skirting/cladding/staircase riser with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

l) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade,colour with leather /lapato finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

m) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for Flooring with stone slabs / strips of various size in pattern including including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

n) For counter/ platform / Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

p) Urinal partitions with 18mm thick approved color and shade granite bothside polished and half rounding on all exposed faces, fixed in the floors and walls making necessary recesses of about 25mm and fixing with necessary S.S. pins, clamps, grouted, sealed and finishing the chases with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) etc. complete as per detailed architectural drawing to entire satisfaction of the EIC.

q) Extra for cutting granite / natural stone by useing water jet cutter in lieu of conventional granite/ natural stone machine cutting for all type of approved stone work and Misc works including both side transporting of material , cutting , wastage during cutting etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of granite / natural stone which required to cut by water jet cutting from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of pattern and material etc.complete. iv) Extra for water jet cutting in lieu of conventional cutting of any stone mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the EIC. Note: 1)All finished natural stones shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 2)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly. Note :Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality GVT PORCELANO of M/S H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, surface finish, pattern and minimum thickness of 8.5mm thickness or as per manufacture's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe Construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC. Note: 1. In case of non-availability as per item, other makes which can be considered are 'Asian', 'Oracle Granito Ltd.', 'Orient', Regency, Kajaria and Somany. 2. b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 1200 or 600 X 600 or 1200 X 1200 mm of Approved color,shade and finishing of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:4 backing (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) using tile polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent make, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including dismantling the existing dado/skirting tile and backing cement mortar, disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete.

Providing & laying flooring / skirting with antiskid and Chemical /Acid resistant Vitrified tiles of first quality Endura of M/S H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or M/s. Providing and fixing shone tiles first quality glass mosaic tiles in dado / skirting at all floors and levels using tiles manufactured by M/s. Shon Ceramics or approved equivalent of approved colour, shade, pattern and texture with 12 mm thick C:M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing plaster including cutting, wastage, jointed with cement slurry, pointing with white cement having matching shade pigment, finishing in correct level, line, slope, plumb, cleaning, curing and including removing old / existing dado/skirting with backing plaster etc and disposal of debris outside anushakti nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing necessary GI holdfast 3 nos.(minimum) on each side of frame of size 300x30x3mm thick embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work or bolted / screwed with S.S .coach screw 100mm long in case of RCC/stone including making holes in concrete masonry walls etc. and fixing frame in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry / concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames stacking serviceable material and disposing of debris outside Anushakti nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tiles on flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition , lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws,adhesive etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply / teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 12 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ plaining if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, providing vision panel of various sizes up to a max size of 300mmx450mm wherever specified including suitable moulded first class teak wood beading on both sides and providing specified approved glass of 5 mm thk, ,Wooden louvers at bottom as per size,specification,drawing, , one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc.including removing existing damaged shutter,fittings and depositing at dept. stores etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Acrylic premium emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work , apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashings & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris outside colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted external surfaces of with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacture of approved colour and shade over a coat of cement based water repellent paint of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, providing necessary scaffolding/ staging, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating,dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. at all heights, locations and lead etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats FLAT oil paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.

Polishing on Cuddappa work/ Kotah work/Granite work /Marbel where ever required to give high gloss finish & disposal of debris outside coloney etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals / New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. d) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution. Notes: (i) The entire work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, kitchen projection, terraces depressed areas at all levels , locations, heights and lead etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. Further surfaces shall be screeded with (1:1.5:3) cement concrete mix with approved waterproofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement about 20-30mm thick and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Note : - a) No deductions shall be made for the areas occupied by pansand other fittings & fixtures. ii) entire work shall be carried out a per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. Providing and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing 8 guage mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm to the M.S. post on the top of compound wall including nuts, washers, and 6 mm dia fixing rods, including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved metal primer etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyster paint G.I. CRCA 0.5mm (min.) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets of other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, vally and 200mm overlapping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers / G.I. bolt of 8mm. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS: 513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPA and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS: 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield / corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (New structural steel shall be paid in relavent item)

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 30) of M/s. Supertile or equivalent approved make, colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete kerb stones of M-30 Grade of approved factory made in size 125 mm wide and 375/250 mm deep curved at inner edge of 25 mm radius including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) , jointing and pointing incement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing coloured paving chequered cement tiles of M/s.Super Tiles (Super precast and Infrastructure) or equivalent approved manufacturers as per approved finish, design, pattern, shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid over concrete parking or footpath in 20 mm thick c.m. bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints etc, complete all as directed by EIC

Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness) including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturer's specification), removing the existing damaged water proofing treatment, if any, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical / Chemical properties: Sp. (i) Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc. at all levels

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by Department in patches, including cleaning and preparing surfaceby exposing he concrete, removing latencies, filling up inherent holes, voids, honey-combs etc.,in the concrete slab as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc setting brickbat coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continuing the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or othe adjoining wall at all level, heights and lead.consisting of following operations. As per IS :2645 :2003, With average thickness of 110mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. including dismentaling existing waterproofing treatment upto RCC surface with consealed fitting curing and removing and lowering the debris obtained from the terrace level to ground and disposing the same all as directed by the EIC as per the following : - Notes : a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietory water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietory water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietory water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of walls and slabs junctions. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound, marking groove line boxes with 300mm X 300mm. f) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing 6 mm thick EPDM Rubber flooring over 24 mm of Rubber crumps of M/s Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent including surface preparation and laying as per manufacturer specifications and required materuial, in design, patterrn as directed by Engineer incharge. Note:- For pattern and laying procedure agency should take prior approval before starting.

Painting of paver blocks with two coats of antifungal floor paint of M/s. Indigo Paints or other approved equivalent make including cleaning the surfaces to remove dust, dirt etc by water jet spray, scrubbing thoroughly with wire brush to remove algae, fungus and moss growth, applying one coat of primer with same floor paint by diluting with 35 % of water etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

PART IV - EXTERNAL REPAIR & PAINTING

Supplying and erecting M.S. tubular scaffolding using 'H' frames of M/s. Acrow India (or) equivalent with horizontal and vertical rows @ suitable spacing as per I.S. specification which should be suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required and securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as permitted by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all pipes of scaffolding shall be atleast 40mm n.b. dia heavy class seamless pipe, providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers and dismantling & taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed all as per specifications and directed by the EIC.

a)M S Steel scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (dept supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be issued by the Department under Schedule 'B' 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Measurement shall be taken as per Litre consumption of polymer liquid only for above mentioned operations.

b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar average 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with polycrefe manufactured by M/s Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete), (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacturer, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC . NOTES: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Binding wire required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

a)With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 D grade

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note:The contractor must take full precaution with that original brick work is not damage while dismantaling of plaster. In case of any damage the same shall be made good 22g chicken wire mesh at his own cost no seperate payment for any additional thickeness of plaster if any will be made. The contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.

Rough cast cement plaster 25 mm thick in two coats, for base coat in CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make,having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all floors & levels for base coat in 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat of 13 mm thick with cement and gravel in proportion of 1:3, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ), including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including removing existing damaged /worm out plastering and disposing off debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC Note:The contractor must take full precaution with that original brick work is not damage while dismantaling of plaster. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resicureon M/S Anuvi chemicals,Concure of M/S Fosroc,Dr Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturers specifications etc and removing existing damaged/ worn out plaster and disposing off debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying one coat of waterproof base coat of (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints OR Aquatech of M/s ICI Dulux ) or equivalent and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm )for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. NOTES: 1. The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 1. The contractor should employee sufficient labour to rectify the leakage complaint within 7 days of suof such complaint from Engineer-in-charge if received within a period of 5 years from the date of completion of work.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depressions etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting old steel/wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

a) On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat

b) On steel surfaces like windows, collapsible doors, fencing wall, structural steel members, concertina/barbed wire, chain link fencing etc with two finishing coats over a coat of steel primer.

Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit Crack X Paste / smart care crack seal of Asian paint in paste form / Aquatech crack filler in paste form of Dulux or other equaivalant material including opening the loose part of the existing crack , making the same in V - shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler in to the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size at all floors, levels and locations including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including mechanical mixing, placing , vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, providing & filling expansion joints wherever necessary etc.all Complete at all floors and heights / levels, in drains / nullah as specified including dewatering, if any ( including cost of form work, shuttering & steel reinforcement which shall be paid in the relevent item) as per drawings , specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work 230 mm thick in super structure Class designation 35 in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by EIC.

Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC/G.I pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with Epoxy Injection grout in proportion recommended by manufacturer( Make: Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection grout, Fosroc(Conbextra EP10) or equivalent )in to cracked honey-combed area of concrete by suitable gun/pump at required pressure as recommended by manfacturer, pressure grouting at all heights, levels and locations till the flow of Epoxy material stops and removing the PVC/ G.I. pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc.Complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing structural steel of approved manufactures (yst=250N/mm2) using steel sections such as angles, flat,tees, channel etc. of required sizes at all levels and locations including cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting & fixing inposion, necessary scaffolding and including painting one coat Zinc chormate primerover shop coat of approved anti corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic ename lpaint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of 50 mm dia heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per (I.S. 1239-1968) including removing existing spout pipe, Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. grouting joints with cement morter 1:3 and as per directed by Engineer in charge( Mode of measurement :- The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line icludding pipe embeded in wall.)

White/Colour washing for ceiling and walls of rooms in two coats on old white/colour washed surface with lime of approved quality by adding blue, glue and colour in required quantity including scaffolding and scrapping the old painted surface wherever required, cleaning the surface with sand paper and fibre broom and filling the cracks, holes, with approved putty and making uneven surfaces even etc. complete as per specifications and including removing white washing splashing and dropping from floors doors windows etc also including covering the furniture with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.
