Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work blasting soft & hard rock and through conglomeraterock upto all leads & lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts & as per directed of the Engineer in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channel etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum shingles conglomerate saturated soil and decomposed soft and hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds , disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provding and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4:sand :8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete exclunding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, winding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per the direction of Engineer-in-chief including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing water opening gate including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked G.I pipe conforming to BIS 1239-1990 (Part-1) & specifications or latest with upto date amendments of 80mm dia (heavy class) having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS: 2712-1998 including 99% butt welded joints. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof, tail pieces, tees, bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All the joints shall be butt welded except 1% , joints which shall be flanged with flanges of suitable flange table. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, welding and fixing of M.S. plate flanges @1% of joints conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) and welding of MS Flanges with G.I. Pipes/ MSERW pipes in three layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of G.I. Pipes/ MSERW Pipes to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS : 814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS : 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. (Rising main of 80mm dia and Flange Table-5).

Providing and fixing gun metal full way valve of 80mm dia as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification. including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.
