M&L for earthing to electric equipment/panels etc with and including galvanized MS earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level, as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, surrounded on all sides with adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt packed to a thickness of 150 mm; including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil up to 50 m, galvanized mild steel earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead, welded to top of electrode and other end connected to equipment body/panel/test point by two Nos. nuts and bolts or by welding to steel structure; GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edge of earth plate up to 3.00 m above ground level, fixed along equipment body/panel with 25 x 3 mm FI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers; PCC chamber in 1:3:6 Type C1, MS funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 75 mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 Type B1 on CI frame, complete all as specified and directed, including dismantling and taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.

S&F in repair single pointed air termination copper rod 12 mm dia x 300 mm long, securely fixed to earth strip with nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair test point terminal block of gun metal or phosphorus bronze, size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed, including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia x 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm for roof conductor and down conductor on wall and other surfaces above ground, including saddles, fixing screws and all necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair strip insulator suitable for 32 x 6 mm earth strip, including nuts and bolts and all necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement two-sided retro-reflective sign board of inner size 4 ft x 3 ft with outer frame including stainless steel tube 40 mm bore x 6 ft long for proper support of sign board, including foundation with PCC Type C2 in 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate, size 200 x 200 x 200 mm at both sides of stainless steel pillars; sign board printed with green colour retro-reflective/radium-based colour and laminated English alphabets with openable white background, including department logo on both sides, conforming to existing sample at site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Words, figures, numbers and logos shall be computer-aided machine cut. (ii) Rate shall include necessary scaffolding, hire charges of crane, earthwork, excavation, demolition and all incidental works required for fixing the sign board at the required height.

S&F in replacement glow sign board comprising PVC/acrylic sheet housed in angle iron frame box-type cover with GI sheet enclosure and 2 Nos. LED tube light fittings complete with accessories, overall size 16 ft x 1 ft width in semi-circular shape, including outer angle iron frame/stand and necessary supports for sign board; including foundation with PCC Type C2 in 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate, size 200 x 200 x 300 mm at both sides of MS angle pillars; sign board printed in blue and white colour combination with department logo on both sides as per existing sample at site; including taking down old unserviceable vinyl board, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall visit the site before placing order and obtain approval for the matter/artwork to be printed.

S&F in schematic chart/informatory sign board for electric supply layout diagram for 11 KV MRS Sub Station building, size 2.00 m x 1.00 m, fabricated from suitable PVC sheet with single-side computer-aided printed lettering/diagram of suitable size and securely fixed/hung on wall, complete with necessary supports, fixing accessories and all incidental works, all as specified and directed.
