Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of same in low lying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using rubber mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and shaping the edging of paver blocks with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 usinf 20mm graed stone aggregates complete as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made rubber mould, chequered cement concrete tiles in floor of any colour 30 cm x 30cm x 20 to 22 mm thick, set & jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with grey cement and pigments, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty, coloured exterior heavy duty tiles 400mm x 400mm x 8 to 10 mm thick, for path over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), as per sample kept in GE office, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class B bricks (Old size) straight or curved on plan etc 6m mean radius buiilt in CM (1:6) including demolition etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, mixed in CM as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr Fixit LW or equivalent make as approved

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape require including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as spd and directed by engr in charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash (lime) , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for wall care based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of surfaces of wall / ceiling and applying Two coats of ( weather proof coat exterior paint) over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cm getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken boulders mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel joists, angles, channel or tee section and fix independently in concrete as fencing post and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde E- 165 including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel screw bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5cm long dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm or less of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- for ascertaining weight of Chain link fencing per Sqm board shall be ordered by GE

M&L for MS round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping for colm and backing ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work incl demolition of existing cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition and taking out of existing cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels, not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 incl forming joints 10mm wide and duly filled with mastic bitumen (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling barbed wire of any description and in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg solid blocks (size (450x300 and thickness 150 mm at bottom and chamfered to 100m at top as in kerb stone set and jointed in CM 1:4 incl excavation and earth work, removal etc including demolition/dismantling of cement concrete/concrete blocks/kerb stones etc of any description in ground floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces, of stone and concrete work of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.
