REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF PLASTER, WALL TILES AND MISC B/R REPAIR WORKS IN SOUTH CAMP AT ATS BELAGAVI UNDER GE (AF) SAMBRA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM ( bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged, coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, 9 to 10mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18mm to 20mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polishing on marble / granite / kota stone / stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat with CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/stone masonry walls etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick masonry in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paints over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior weather proof paint of required shed (company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm on walls, pillasters, cornices, drops, chajjas etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
