Work of diversion, extension and dismantling of 6.6 KV power line of Eastern part as when as required on day to day basis of Quarry section at Gevra Project for a period of 365 days.

Amount

Erection of metallic pole 10 m up to 13 m without cement concrete foundation including excavation and refilling etc. with bolder /stone available at site as required as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Erection of stay complete (with supplying of stay wire 5/8” (15kg/stay), stay insulator and GI stay set 5/8” along with all accessories) and fixing of stay set with stay insulator including excavation and grouting with OB boulder and cement (15kg) etc. as required on the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (cement supplying by the contractor)

Erection of angle/channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tubular/rail pole etc. as required (including MS nuts & bolts)

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm/other accessories for 11KV/22KV/33KV for overhead lines as required.

Erection of disc insulators including binding etc. as required. Providing and fixing of Disc insulator with 3U clamp type disc hardware including binding etc. as required.

Erection of PIN insulators including binding etc. as required. Providing and fixing of pin insulator including binding etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR wolf conductor including binding etc. as required (single wire per km)

Erection of GI wire no. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of overhead line- A)Dismantling and lowering of conductor, insulators, brackets, etc. B) Uprooting of poles and transporting it to the roadside. C) Transportation of materials other than pole to roadside (brackets, insulators, clamps and conductors). D) Loading of materials at the roadside and unloading the same as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of all man & materials from surface to quarry and quarry to surface at working place as required on the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-1) Materials such as pole, brackets, Aluminum Conductor and GI wire will be supplied departmentally whereas stay set, stay insulator, stay wire, MS nut & bolt and cement for grounding of stay will be supplied by contractor with all transportation responsibility of man and material will be of contractor, not any vehicle will be provided by department. 2) The works are directly related with production and safety in the mine that too on day-to-day basis. Hence, the bidder/party must have to maintain the deployment of manpower of minimum 12 (twelve) person (04 skilled + 8 semiskilled) daily on monthly average basis and in case any shortage in deployment of manpower is observed, then a proportionate deduction as per prevailing HPC rate from the payment/billing amount of the party will be deducted in addition to other deductions/penalty stipulated in general term and condition. The bidder shall also be responsible for transportation of his manpower/workmen and other materials (including poles, conductor, insulator, stay set, etc.) by suitable means with compliance of all statutory requirement such as the R.T.O./government norms and SECL safety rules as applicable from time to time.
