Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), but (Except Brick) straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia & size of mesh in 12mm fixed tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) quality confirming to grade Fe410-W(Gde E-250)quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including integral liquid WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Three coats of white washing on new/undecorated ceilling surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS for one light/bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch & fan regulator with PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade cable for phase & neutral drawn through & including PVC, rigid concealed conduit, heavy duty, 19/20mm dia, ISI marked, with and including new modular sunken boxes and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface in touch with wall including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded FRLS cable as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified. Note :-Switches, sockets, outlets & regulators will be measured and paid for separetely.

Switch modular type 6 AMP,one way ,one module conforming to IS-3854 complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Ceiling rose, surface bakelite 65 x 50mm, two to three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.
