REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSV BLDG METER PANELS INCL RENEWAL OF EARTHING AT AWC UNDER GE(AWC) MHOW.

Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel / building meter panel complete with all fittings and accessories of any capacity incl disconnecting all incoming and out going connections by removing cable glands, lugs, nut bolt and washers incl breaking of PCC for removing MS angle iron any size removing the loop of cables carefully complete incl removing single / three phase electric meter and depositing to MES (AGE E/M-II) for keeping in safe custody all as specified and directed. Note: (1) Necessary shut down will be taken in writing before disconnecting all cables. (2) M&L for Arrangement of Alternative / Bypass supply with all protective measures to the living accn shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates which shall be taken out after satisfactory completion.

M & L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm main wire along with 1 run of 6 sqmm earth wire (green in colour) single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, 1100 volts grade ISI marked copper conductor cable, drawn through and including adequate size rigid non-metallic PVC FRLS concealed / surface conduit (medium grade) wherever necessary with all fittings & accessories including cutting chases for conduits as required, sinking for terminal boxes, making good the same & taking down complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two runs of main copper conductor, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Description same as per Item No. 03.00 here in above but with 2 runs of 10 sqmm main wire along with 01 runs of 6 sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying ,fixing, jointing and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 35 sqmm x 3.5 core IS 7098 marked with electric connection, lugs/in GI pipes incl connection to LT panels with gland all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cable jointing kit for LT XLPE cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core, heat shrinkable type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm in trenches, under floors,roads,along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings and sealing ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for breaking PCC carefully and by manually incl taking out loop of XLPE cable and GI protection pipes all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete incl necessary form work all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete incl necessary form work all as specified and directed. Note for item No 14 to 15 : The rate includes M&L for necessary form work .

M&L for continuous brick work sub class B modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 06 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1.4 surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F VTPN DB, 06 way, IP-43, IK 09, double door type with metal door, suitable for fixing upto 3 pole 160 Amp MCCBs as incomer and SP/TP MCB/Isolator as outgoing, including taking down, fixing flush to wall & making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc. complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.
