Material and labour coloured first quality vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Square metre, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18mm to 25mm thick granite stone slabs, width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut and granite polished to be fixed on kitchen platform, steps, pillars, floors etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and rounding off/bull nosing exposed edges and making holes for gas pipes etc including dismantling of old stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed on brick wall or on concrete surfaces including dubbing coat if required on internal and external faces of parapet on roof top, RCC facia, RCC parapet wall, cornices, ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement at height exceeding 6 metre but not exceeding 12 metre and applying 2 Coats cement base paint over a coat of white wash including taking down old plaster and removal of debris upto a distance of 1.50KM and providing necessary form work and scaffolding as per site requirement and carriage of all material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
