SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM QM OFFICE TO REZANGLA BLOCK AT THE INF SCHOOL UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,of broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agrregate 100mm thick as in Sub base/ Sub floor/ Pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick (spread thickness) two layer of soling with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite/trap/basalt) interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (granite/basalt/trap) 63mm to 40mm size, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm and M&L for Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white /yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MOST specificaiton including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair of dual reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic stud double moulded solid state having ultra violet resistant color(white/red/yellow) with four round disc containing 28 mini retro reflective glass beads of color white/red/yellow to side provided with steel zinc plated of dia 12mm and of length 120mm for fixing to road by haammering complete all as specified and directed.
