REPAIR MAINTENANCE FOR AIR FLOW DUCT INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION ETC AT 6 AFH POCKET C AND ECHS

Receiving/recording complaints lodged by the occupants of all Md/OTM Accn of AFAC, Coimbatore area under AGE (I) (AF) Coimbatore of internal electrification nature, rectification of the fault / complaints as per the complaint lodged by the user or as given by MES from DB's box / Electric Meter having switch, fuses, MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring, fixture for light/ Fan/bell/light or power sockets complete replace with new one or repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system, removing faults in wires, batten, conduit, sunk boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fittings, FTL light fitting any wattage lamp, holders, ceiling/exhaust fans and other connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as insulation wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws, nuts as required to rectify the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixture to their position as dismantled complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/users. Note (i) All the complaint(s) received will be lodged & rectified by the contractor rep and will have to maintain a proper record as directed in complain register and in complaint slip (ii) Complaint slip and complaint register will be provided by the contractor without any extra charge. (iii) Complaint regiter will be produced on daily basis to JE and Engr-in-charge (iv) Contractor shall employee having minimum four year experiance electrical work in the said field. (vi) The new items provided shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’. (vii) Contacrtor failing to atttend the complient with in 24 Hrs time impose necessary penalty of Rs 1000 per complient per day till the time of rectification. (viii) Contrator deploy the electrician with helper daily excluding sunday and holidays without fail and necessary attendence register produced to Engr -in Charge whenever demanded all as directed

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling rose, pendents, regulators,sockets, light fittings etc.removing materials for keeping for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any size including GI/copper earth continuity conductor in PVC conduit on wall/roof and making good to disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down main switch/SPN DB/TPN DB of any size and keep in safe custody for taking credit complete and good/levelling the disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surface.

M&L for Point wiring one light/bell point controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulted FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including 20mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit concealed with all accessories such as internal bend, end caps etc complete concealed in walls/surface and surface in ceiling/roof/etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including fabricated branded modular metal flush box concealed in walls with suitable modular plate with cover with suitable screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc all as specified and as directed. Note : Cutting chases and making good in wall / floor will be Measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 5 herein before but one ceiling/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

All as per item No 5 herein before but one light point controlled by two 2 way swithch.

All as per item No 5 herein before but one 05 Amps socket outlet point on same board.

All as per item No 5 herein before but one switch socket outlet point 5 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but with copper conductor cable FRLS, 2.5 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps and including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor on independent board.
