Supplying and applying of TWo coats of Ceiling Putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand prepared (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Water Proofing
Supplying and installing of not less than 1.5mm composite thick self-adhesive HDPE membrane, Dr.fixit Prebond S which is performed HDPE fully bonded membrane that bonds to the wet concrete cast on the membrane, having the following properties., 1. Puncture resistance of 1000N (as per ASTM E 154) 2. Tensile strength of HDPE without Adhesive (Film) of 25Mpa (as per ASTM D 412 Modified), 3. Elongation > 500% (as per ASTM D 412 Modified), 4. Peel Adhesion to concrete of 880N/m (as per ASTM D 903), 5.Dimesional stability of 0.50% (as per ASTM D 1204), 6.Hydrostatic head resistance not less than 60m head of water (ASTM D 5385-6), The size of Each membrane sheet on HDPE membrane Should be 2.40X20meter or 3 meter x 20 meter. This system should be fully bonded on the RCC and consists of higly resillent HDPE film, self-adhesive polymer layer and trafficable granular layer. The membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhesive tape. All vertical surfaces will be fixed using prefixed gaskets/shot gun etc., complete complying with standard specification and as direct by the departmental officer.
Supply and applying Water Proofing Treatment with membrane type water proofing methods using polymer modified bituminous membrane made using atactic poly propylene (APP) based with UV resistant, ground chemical resistant, high melting points, flexible and high adhesive strength. The membrane should have 4mm thick and 5.50 kg/sqm weight. The membrane shall be reinforced with non-woven polyester reinforcement of minimum 180 gm/sqm having tensile strength 850 N/ 5cm (L) and 575 N/ 5cm (T) including coating with compatible primer of bituminous base and torch application with overlap of 100mm wherever required. The membrane surface shall be protected with granules. The reinforcement provided shall be able to withstand the traffic flow density after construction and shall carry a minimum guarantee period of 10 years. The Rate inclusive cost of membrane, primer, and labour charges for laying by the loose torching on full surface or at overlap based onsite condition, including construction joint treatment and defective concrete surface treatment etc. complete complying with standard specification and as direct by the departmental officer.
PU Water Proofing items: Suppling and applying 100% Solids (Solvent Free), Two Component, Polyurethane - Hybrid Polyurea waterproofing to a combined thickness of 1000 Microns after sufficient surface preparation followed by priming using damp tolerant Polyurethane primer. Following coats will be applied a) Solvent Free, Damp Tolerant Polyurethane Primer 200 Microns (0.2 Litres/ Sq.M) B) Solvent Free Polyurethane 1000 Microns (1 Litres/ Sq.m). complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
Flooring
Paving the floor with best approved quality Fine Polished Granite Slab 1200mm x 600mm, 16mm to 18mm thick Steel Grey and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota Stone Slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
Flooring with following Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Tiles 305 x 305 x 8mm laid over 20mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One Cement and Three M.Sand ) base mortar over the existing Slab / Floor including cutting the Tiles to the required size with special cutter whereever necessesary ,laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3kg / sqm etc., complying with standard specification.( The make and brand of the Tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works )

Doors
Supplying and fixing Teakwood Entrance Door with a size 3.80m x 2.70m with four leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are one horizontal and four verticals of size 150x100mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 100x50mm scantlings. The shutter shall have 2.40m hight with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 40mm thick Teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 4 leaves of equal size and openable.
