Pressure testing, Refilling, painting of 106 Nos. 45 Kg CO2 Cylinders at ADPH

The bidder shall be a licensed contractor who have proven experience in similar nature of work in any PSUs/ State Govt./ Central Govt./ any reputed organizations as a prime contractor, of value not less than Rs.4.77 Lakhs in a single job order in the preceding 5 years (i.e., 2021- 2022, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). In proof, Bidder shall furnish copy of Work Order and corresponding Work done certificate/satisfactory performance report issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer and in case of private organization certificate from head of institution). A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous job orders to bring to the current price level.

The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs.9.54 Lakhs in any two financial years from the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021- 2022, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). In proof, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of annual turnover certificate duly certified by chartered accountant. A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring to the current price level

The intending bidder shall have the Income tax PAN, GST Registration, Provident Fund registration certificate (Independent PF Code)

The intending bidder shall have Valid Registration Certificate/ Company Registration Certificate/ MSME issued by competent authority. Copies shall be uploaded as documentary proof.
