Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring.

M&L for M&L 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for glazed / matt finish chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of area exc 0.04 Sqm but not exc 0.09 Sqm and 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with gray cement and pigment) after and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:6) for fixing tiles complete all as directed.

M&L for any coloured digital ultra strong / heavy duty outdoor anti skid vitrified tiles 12-15 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles complete incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisesall as directed and specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete complete all as specified and direceted all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and direceted all as specified and directed.
