Providing 0.46m pile driven and then by using casing pipe 0.30m (MS Casing Pipe for One Use) RCC pile using M20 concrete exculding steel reinforcement of Grade Fe 415 (Including charges for Crane in the use of Casing pipe Removing Works) and all other Labour Crane Rent and Fuel ect completed

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three fine aggregates and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, erecting with necessary supports for plain surface such as RCC Boxing side slab and silmilar RCC slab with all cross bracing etc., complete in all floors of any height (the retrived materials) should be taken back by the contractor the payment for cenetering shall be given after the concrete is laid. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken / and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat,including thorough crapping,clean removal of dirt, etc completeand including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m
