SCHEDULE `A' PART-XII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 12 to 74 The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 6 sq.m but not exceeding 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of 200mm thick PCC solid block wall masonary valve chamber 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (Internal Dimension) built in CM 1:6 with 150mm thick (1:4:8) PCC foundation, 1:2:4 type B-1 coping 50mm thick finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished fair and even externally including excavaion earthwork in any strata, 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 5mm embeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast, mild steel handles and painting to steel surface with two coats of black bituminus paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved LT Panel Board, double door, outdoor type mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed with necessary ventilation weather, dust and vermin proof (also to confirm IP-65 standard), front and rear opening and locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 8623 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts , 50 HZ, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with copper bus bar capacity 800 Amps and suitable size copper conductor duly insulated with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as directed with the following accessories.

Supply and fix cable path indicator for LT cable made out of cast iron plate of 100mm dia, 6 mm thick engraved with "LT 1100 volts" welded to MS angle 50x50x6mm, 75cm long embedded in PCC block (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 30x30x30cm including painting with two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fix, commissioning and testing of automatic operation of street light switch having lighting control through astronomical calculation of sun rise/sun set time by setting data, time and degree of longitude, latitude with out of separate light sensor, enclose in sheet metal enclosed metal out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet duly painted and prewired of suitable size duly fixing of angle iron of suitable size including pcc work if required all as specified comprising of the following:- (a) Timer switchmulti functional Astronomical Indoasian cat no -TL065ASO - 02 Nos (b) Power contractor 4 pole 63 Amps legrand cat No 004078 - 02Nos

Supply and fix PVC insulated and FRLSH PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable of 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade, 2 run conforming to IS -694. Note: Three run (red, black & green) FRLSH copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm inside GI pipe light grade from junction box to street shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made.

Material and labour stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25to 35cm wide and not less than 80 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SS- 304 closed expansion tank of 200 litre capacity with pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete with accessories as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix multilayered HDPE make-up water tank of 20,000 litre capacity made up of 100% virgin material, having 100% UV stabilized white outer layer, threaded lid, extra insert lid for protection against algae formation complete with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC staging shall be provided as per the recommendation of the OEM. Cost of RCC staging shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made on this account. Finished top level of the staging should be higher than the cooling tower tank.
