Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with two runs of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead, drawing through in and including PVC rigid conduit of size not less than 20mm, with all fittings & accessories including provn of MS sunk terminal box of appropriate size suitable for switch fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick hylum sheet top cover with screws & cup washers for one light / fan point / call bell complete. NOTE : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) matching with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. all as specified and directed.One light/fan/call bell point controlled by one switch one way 5 Amps

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan by cutting the existing copper winding of ceiling fan old model, heavy duty, 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make any type with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size incl all insulating materials varnishing and heating complete incl satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace fan bearing of size 6201/6202 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as directed.

Supply only rubber reels incl shackle clamp, bolts, nuts, washers split pins of appropriate size as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply only canopy (Top & bottom) as per sample for ceiling fan including dismantling complete all as directed.

Supply only Fan down rod made out of GI pipe MG 15mm bore and 1.20 mtr long including rubber real and suitable nuts and bolts,safty pin complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of ceiling/exhaust fan complete with blades ,in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler ,ones coat after cleaning all dust etc.complete all as per directed by Eng-in -charge

Taking down exhaust fan of size 200mm to 400mm sweep of any make and refixing on same location or other location carefully from site & transporting from any location inside Army area to MES E/M store yard for stripping of fan, washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing fan blade, body etc thoroughly, provision of new greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same incl provn of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mtrs long of suitable size (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Defective/unserviceable parts replaced will be paid separately in respective item of Sch 'A' as Supply only. (ii) The cost of taking down unserviceable parts included in this item.

Taking down wall fan of size 200mm to 400mm sweep of any make and refixing on same location or other location carefully from site & transporting from any location inside Army area to MES E/M store yard for stripping of fan, washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing fan blade, body etc thoroughly, provision of new greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same incl provn of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mtrs long of suitable size (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as directed.
