Supplying and laying of ready mix for RCC M15 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 – 2000 using ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content o 300 kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 – 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming tp IS 456 – 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 11991959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 -1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 – 1979 (usual admixture – Air entraining & water reucing ) including the cost of hire charges for pump na pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer – in charge vibraors, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 – 2000, 4031 – (Part 3 & 6 )/ 1988 (2005) & (Part 2) / 1999 (2004) and 516 /1959 (2004), 4926 – 1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other Ok cards. Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia brass chromium plated piller tap, 32 mm dia C.P. waste coupling, 32 mm dia P.V.C. waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm diametre G.M.wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connections etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of C.I. brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications (the wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 25mm dia 10Kg per sq.cm of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Paving the flooring with premium grade designed double charged vertified Tiles of size 600x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. Profiles: The Profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25x24x25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60x102mm. The mullion should be of 60x74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation. The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degres. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not passs through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding sylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying , fabricating, hoisting and errection of MS angle TRUSSES & PURLIN of ISI including drilling holes and painting the purlins with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind.
