Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc, complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.)

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinfo 5 cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard

Floor finishing with Anit skid tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc, complete.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 300x200cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & 8 pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc, complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing 9 etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing 10 etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distembering two coat with priming coat and two coat with OIL BOUND Distemper over 11 Cement plastered surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc, complete.

Painting Two coat approved Plastic Emulsion over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,
