Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 lts/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.

Provided and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets ( size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer- in-charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizonal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. Ridges plain (500-600mm) 80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gm/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS: 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x 10 x 0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45 x 15 x 0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre shall fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermeidate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably. 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095 (Part-I): 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Treatment of soil under existng floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling 12mm diameter boles and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
