Boring, providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement Concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in cement concrete 1 :1.5:3 ( 1 cement, 1 .5 Coarse M Sand,& 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour chargres etc.,

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Collection supply and filling of Stone Dust of approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges for filling etc., Complete.

Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four M Sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position TMT rod Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five M Sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five M Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing MS grill windows and ventilators etc. using 20mm x 6mm as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per schedule of rates) as per standard specification.

Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying of Rubberized Paver block 60 mm thick High Strength type of interlocking pavement block in required size of minimum comperesive strength of 40 N/mm2 in Uniform Shape at approved make to be laid in curring bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of subbase with the Stone dust cushion 100 mm thick laying out the cut pieces to fit the edge vibrating the paver sweeping transporting loading , un loading and laying the Paver block etc Completed. as per Standard Specification.
