Construction of cement concrete link road and drainage work in the neighborhood villages at Gram Panchayat Khatikheda, Panchayat Samittee Bhainsroad garh near at RR Site.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 1.0 KM and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed etc. completed and disposing off the surplus materials to a maximum lead of 1.0 KM. radius as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 150 mm to 230 mm thick stone soling under floors properly hand packed, filling interstices with spalls, gravels and inert fine material and consolidating to required gradient and camber, spreading, watering etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer.

Supplying at site of Moorum excavated and brought from outside (borrow pits / stock piles) free from weeds, roots, rubbles and other foreign material including royalty and carriage and filling in trenches, plinth and sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and lift upto 1.5m etc. complete (only consolidated fill shall be paid).

Dressing to camber and consolidating with 8 to 10 tone road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade complete for all kind of soils.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -at all level , transporting of concrete to site, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 125 micron thick c.c. road grade colorless polyethylene sheet over a prepared road surface for concrete pavement with provision of 150mm wide over lapping on either side of sheet at joints, nailing etc. complete as per specification & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying to required slope and camber M-35 grade design mix cement concrete in roads/pavement using not less than 350 kg. of OPC cement per cum of concrete and water to cement ratio not more than 0.38 with cement admixture added to obtain specified slumps up to a maximum of 120mm in alternate panels or as directed by engineer, consolidating with needle vibrator and factory fabricated roller mounted paver cum vibro compactor equipment having a pavement coverage not less than 4 mtr. in width, providing dowel bars with sleevs / tie bars wherever required, finishing the surface with power floater and trowelled to require finish and finally giving required broom finish with suitable means, including extended curing for a period of 15 days and provision of contraction and expansion joints. contraction joint shall be mechanical sawn, 3 to 5mm wide in width and 1/3 thickness of the slab in depth and of 15x20mm size at top and expansion joint shall be 25mm in width. Contraction joint shall be provided for every up to 20 sqm of pavement area and expansion joint shall provided at every 30 to 35 mtr length, all complete as per drawing, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealents etc. complete as per specifications and direction of engineer in charge. Item also includes for organizing recovery of cylendrical cores in accordance with relevant IS @ 1 set (3 specimens) per 300 Cum concrete placed at site to be drawn from locations as identified by EIC and also testing the cores specimens in accordence with relevent IS code at NPCIL approved test laboratory for verifing confirmance of hardened concrete to specified requirements. All the expenses incurred on above activities shall be borne by the contractor. (payments for expansion joint fillers, cutting joint & filling sealent, PVC sleevs, dowel bars / tie bars to be paid in relevent item separatly). Note:- 1) Cracks on account of insufficient curing, poor workmenship etc. shall not be allowed. Entire portion of such cracked road panel shall be removed and re-casted by the contractor at his own cost. 2) Minimum cement content will be 350kg per cum of concrete. 3) As per design mix submitted by contractor excess than 350kg cement content per cum of concrete will be included in quoted rate and will not be payable separatly.)

Providing and laying Mild steel reinforcement bars for expansion joint and Tor steel reinforcemnt bars in longitudnel joints in concrete road work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing the bars in position etc. all complete- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm dia 350mm long best quality PVC Sheathing around the exposed portion of the 32mm dia mild-steel bars at construction joints, wrapping cotton waste with grease etc. all around the bars including pluging the end with PVC cap all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834 including cutting of contraction /Expansion/Construction joints in concrete using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel etc. For expansion joints of size 25mm X 25mm

Providing and fixing in position bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound including cutting of contraction /Expansion/Construction joints in concrete using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel etc. For Contraction/construction joint of 15mm x 20mm size.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C. hume pipes jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete: 150mm dia. R.C.C. pipe.

Providing & laying Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth level of building & upto 3.00 Mtr. height from NGL for boundary/compound wall with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Coarse sand) including cost of labour, materials, curing , raking out the joints , finishing, scaffoldings etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing form work of battened frame with sheathing having plywood lining / MS angle frame with sheathing of MS plate lining so as to give fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor not exceeding 3.5 meters to ceilings and removal of same for foundation, footings, columns, wall, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, cantilevers etc. complete at level of floors / roof up to height of 3.0M as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick CC 1:2:4 for COPING using 12mm down aggregates, finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1 : 4 including fixing of broken glass pieces on top of coping wherever required, finishing, formwork, curing, scaffoldings etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in single coat on either side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering at all levels internal rounded angles, chamfers and including scafolding, finishing, curing etc all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer.

Providing and laying Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade as specified in drawings/specifications and as directed by engineer conforming to IS : 1786 latest revision or the latest relevant code for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 20 gauge annealed binding wire and cement mortar cover block of all size in C.M. 1:2 MIX etc. all complete- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work M.S. door & fix ventilators, anchors etc made out M.S. angle, channels, flats, rods, bars, weld mesh, M.S. pipe etc including supplying, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coat of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per standard design, including the cost of all material and labour complete- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick telephone black Granite stone plaque of required size engrved with specified text inside a decorative border and inscription coated with indelible ink/paint all complete as per direction of EIC.
