Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc up to 10m height incl removing all debris 2 KM from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster with any colour on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings up to 10 m height complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces(grit) of walls including preparation of new surfaces up to height of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Complete removal exising treatment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat cement base paint over one coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of walls up to height of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified.

Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ dholpur stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete on vertical or horizontal surfaces upto a height of 10m.

Supplying and fixing in repair stainless steel stone cladding clamps with bolts for Dholpur sandstone/ other stone work cladding, suitable for up to 10 m height, made from SS grade 304, thickness about 3–4 mm, with required holes/slots for fixing into RCC/brick with anchors.
