SPECIAL REPAIR TO BATHROOM BLOCKS PF BLDG NO P-297 AND P-312 AND LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE TREATMENT WITH CONNECTED ITEMS IN TOILETS OF CERTAIN BLDGS OF 9 DOGRA AT MORAR CANTT GWALIOR

Demolition of concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick for screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mmx 20 to 22mm thick (ISI marked) of approved colour, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, PCC will be laid with 12 mm gap & the gap will be filled up with bituminous joint filler type A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured non skid tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc.0.06 sqm n exc. 0.18 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x/6/7 /350x250x7/ 300x200x7mm thick on walls such as skirting and dado and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished fair and rough as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

a) Dismantling of floor of WC and Bath not exceeding 500mm deep, removing cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles etc. by compressed air or any other suitable method as per site condition, including grinding of sharp edges complete all as specified and directed.(b) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles etc. by compressed air or any other suitable technique as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.(c) M&L for providing a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system comprising base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm, glass fibre reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc / MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd, applied to floor area and vertical surfaces thereof complete all as specified and directed.(d) M&L for 15mm thick protection plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral waterproofing compound (IWPC) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.(e) M&L for providing 40mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (Paid separately under respective item).(f) M&L for filling sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing with 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised manufacturer’s applicator. (ii) Para (c) is applicable for both floor area and vertical surfaces of the same area. (iii) For payment, net floor area shall be measured. (iv) The cost of all operations specified above shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective items and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size 75mm to 110mm of any pattern) ,of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)complete all as specified and directed.
