Surface excavation of earth not less than 15cm

Earthwork excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50 m and getting out

Earthwork excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m in width and depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&L for P.C.C. 1:4:8,D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated in foundation.

Material and labour for providing Antitermite along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion at 2.25 litres per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc. and complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for providing Antitermite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion at one litres per hole,300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement motar 1:2 (1 cement:2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors

M & L for RCC A1 type (1:1.5:3) M20, 20mm graded aggregates in Foundations, including rafts, footings, beams, plinth beams, roof slabs, etc. complete all as directed by EIC

M & L for RCC A1 type (1:1.5:3) M20, 20mm graded aggregates in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and struts, etc. complete all as directed by EIC

M & L for RCC A1 type (1:1.5:3) M20, 20mm graded aggregates in Beams, cantilever bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as directed by EIC
