Heavy duty floor tiles 7.3 mm in flooring ,treads or steps & landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Kanhaighat coarse sand ) finished with flush pointing in white cement

Boring ,providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M 30 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified ,including the cost of steel reinforcement, cost of boring with casting and / or bentonite solution and the length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all completed (Length of the pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap )i/c dismantling of cast pile area for 1.2 m ).i) 600 mm diameter pile for 26.00 metre.

Conducting Pile load test as per IS 2911 Pt-IV for calculation of safe load capacity of pile i/c mobilisation and demobilisation of all requisite machineries and equipments along with submission of reports etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Fixing of Palmex Synthetic Thatch Roofing with Ridges including installation and all other accessorie charges etc. complete.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications. (Size 260 x 260 mm)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Providing and applying wall putty/plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plaster surface to prepared the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls weather shield paint of approved quality on new work ( three or more coats ) to give an even shade.

Applying ready mixed priming coat (red lead of approved quality) on steel work.

Painting (two or more coats excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved quality in all shades on new steel work to give an even shade.
