Arrangement of all safety equipments for the protection of staff to work at height and in deep channel to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate. Desilting of channel with the help of suction machine and manual labour and making necessary arrangement with gunny bags and providing dewatering system to make the area workable and removal of all floating material silt from the channel and dumping the outside as per requirement. A team of certified divers should be present at the time of cleaning of grit from channel. The divers team should be equipped with diving equipment such as Diving air control panel, Diving suit, Compressor, oxygen cylinder etc and other under water equipment required at site.

Dismantling / Removal of existing old damaged MS structure from the channel by cutting old damage MS support and all rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and required tools & tackles. Also includes the charges of hydra crane for taking out the existing bar screen from the channel and keep it as per direction of engineer.

Making and fixing of guider by Fabrication/fixing of MS ‘C’ channel of size 125mm x 65mm in vertical possession on both side walls in the sewage channel 39 feet deep for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate of size 250x250x10mm with ‘C’ channel duly drilled 4 no. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with anchor bolts of EN-8 materials of 16 mm.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water flow in the deep channel so that the water could not pass by upper of bar screen. The size of sheet will be approx 8 mtr x 2 mtr x 6mm duly welded with supporting angle of size 65x65x6 fabricated as per site requirement.

Making of RCC civil foundation with grouting of MS. Stud for fixing of vertical I- section beam also includes the cost of civil material with labour charges.

Providing of E.O.T. Crane of 3 ton capacity with 3 phase electric wire rope hoist drum fitted with motor of 2 HP, flanged modulate TEFC type. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. Make : DJB approved.

Fixing of E.O.T. Crane on the fixed horizontal beam by clamping system fabricated by MS plate with pin shaft and nut bolt etc. as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Bar screen made of S.S. 304 angle and flat , including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing with necessary accessories & stainless steel, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered.

Fabrication and providing of MS. Stud of size 300x20mm for grouting in civil foundation fabricated by MS. Rod includes the charges of cutting, grinding, machining and threading.

Providing of MS. Nut bolts with washer of various size.

Providing of fasteners with washer of size 150x16mm made out of EN-8 material.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Making electric connection, fixing of panel box by man supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement.

Painting and primer charges of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.

Testing & commissioning of complete system includes the transport charges of tools & tackles to & fro.
