Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating Set along with having Prime mover power rating of 750 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, multicylinder cylinder in line, electronic governor, power command control module,radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 50 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 750 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz,AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, terminal arrangement for 1250A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class H insulation. (c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on existing concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (d) Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of 990 litres capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S/HS. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class ’C’ pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. (e) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with Hospital grade exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. (f) Starting System: 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand etc. as required as per specifications. (g) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. (h) The work should be as per norm of Central Electrical Authority / Central Pollution control board (CPCB) standards. DG set complete as described above and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. for 750 KVA D.G. Set welded black MS, B (medium) Class pipe conforming to IS:1239 / MS pipe having wall thickness 6.0 mm conforming to IS: 3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool / Rockwool having density not less than 120 Kg / Cum, wiremesh & cladding with 0.6 mm thick aluminum sheet etc. as required as per specifications.

STRUCTURE FOR EXHAUST PIPING: Providing & fixing for MS support structure including RCC civil foundation with all steel , cement , concrete and other required civil materials , nuts, bolts etc. of required length and size for exhaust fume pipes of DG Sets (Exhaust pipe to be measured and paid for separately) along horizontal and vertical runs and monkey ladder upto the height (as per CPCB norms) including cutting, welding etc and applying two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour and shade as directed by EIC. The design of the support structure shall be done by the contractor and shall be as per CPCB norms. Design and drawings shall be got vetted from the structural Engineer before execution as per specifications as required.( Weight of MS support structure and monkey ladder shall be considered for payment )

Supplying & fixing Stainless Steel Expansion Joints, Corrugated bellows for 750 KVA DG Sets to fit in exhaust pipe.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Oil filled 800 KVA, 11 KV / 0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn 11 vector group copper wound class F (for mineral oil ) insulation, having impedance as per IS-2026,associated with winding temperature indicator / digital controller temperature detector outdoor type Transformer. The transformer shall be provided with +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5 % each Off load tap changer on HT side, having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3C x 300 sq.mm. XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and 1250 Amp. aluminium bus trunking arrangement on LV side with neutral brought out separately, including supplying and grouting of suitable MS channels with all accessories for mounting arrangement and confirming to relevant standard as amended up to date & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site.

Modification and addition in Existing Main LT Panel : Extension and required modification with supply, installation, testing and commisioning of all required materials, accessories etc including additional compartments/section , horizotal and vertical bus bar extension in existing main L.T panel (TTA Panel , IP 42 ,Indoor, fixed type floor mounted , form 3B with 1600 Amps Al. bus bar complying standarad IEC 61439 with up to date ammendment) having provision to connect Bus duct system for Bus coupler in new LT panel etc. as per enclosed existing panel GA drawing ,SLD of existing rating switchgear panel ( Existing Panel make TTA-ABB ArTuK) and enclosed technical specification.

MAIN LT CUM AMF PANEL: Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring and supply, erection, testing and commissioning of front operated cubicle type compartmentalised TTA Panel as per Form 4B, rear access free standing, dust and vermin proof (IP 42 ingress protection) main switchboards conforming to IEC-61439 suitable for use at 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system suitable for a symmetrical fault level of 50kA (specified with the panel) at 433 volts, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheets with hinged, gasketted (metal based neoprene) and lockable doors having structural reinforcement with suitable angle/channel/T/flat sections including 3 mm thick gland plates on top / bottom and including lifting hooks and including earth strip of required size with 2 nos. earthing terminals and including Al Busbars of 1600 Amps,50 KA /suitable higher rating and size i/c powder coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface cleaned and treated with nine tank process complete with interconnections etc. as per specifications, as required below. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a modular arrangement, detachable gland plates, adequate size cable alley, Sign writing, Painting, Earthing, Numbering, Danger plate, including PVC insulated copper FRLS wires of minimum 1.5sq.mm & 2.5sq.rnm for CT's etc., exhaust fan , door limit switch, space heater , MCBs for space heaters , thermostat , LED bulb holder with lamp with MCBs including SITC of fire supression system with all required materials complete as required as per specifications attached. BUS DUCT : Supplying, installing on wall / suspension from ceiling/Ground supported , testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwiched Type Bus Ducts as per IEC with natural cooling method for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply,neutral 100% of phase rating, with metal clad enclosure having IP-65 with canopy for out door and IP 54 for indoor rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6 mm. thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints, fire barrier at each floor,necessary bends & end tappings at the termination either on transformer side or DG side or on switchgear panel side, bus duct will be provided with flange ends, adaptor box and copper flexible to connect bus bar of bus duct to bus bar of switchgear panel or transformer terminals or generator terminals continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets,suspenders (including MS angle,MS channel, MS pipe etc. of sutible size to provide support from Wall/ ceiling / Ground as per site requirement), angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. complete as required as per enclosed specification. Supply of the 3x300 sq.mm , 11KV XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable, conforming to IS 7098 Part - II, 1985 with up to date amendments as per specifications attached.

Supply of the 8 Core ,2.5 sq.mm , 650/1100V XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor cable, conforming to IS 7098 Part - I, 1988 with up to date amendments as per specifications attached.

EARTHING SYSTEM : Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
