Erection work of fabricated gates , any parts of gate's and any accessories of gate's, complete as per drawing with testing ,including cost of all materials required for completing the job like welding rods, tools tackles etc., with machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting, aligning, welding, finishing cleaning, etc., applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials.(including dismentaling & drawing outside hoist structure,hoist beam,gates,roller for necessory repair work and re erection of all work ) 1.( 1262.02 kg gate + 1250 kg hoist + 458.65 kg hoist beam + 150 kg rollers weight) x 2 gate = Total 6241.34 kg = say 6241 kg

Providing fabrication and fitting work of Stainless steel flat on Embedded parts (on Departmental section, only MS section Given by department) of gates with testing , including cost of all materials( SS flat and welding rods etc.), machinery, tools and tackles, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying two coat of cement primer etc., complete as per specifications and approveddrawings, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials'. 1. for roller track ( SS flat 100 x 8 mm,6.32 kg/mtr)(2 x gate height + .3mtr) x 2 side x weight/mtr , 7.02 x 2 x 6.32 = 88.73 kg , say 89 kg 2. for Rubber seal Track ( SS flat 65 x 5 mm,2.55 kg/mtr)(2x gate height + .3mtr) x 2 side x weight/mtr, 7.02 x 2x2.55 = 35.8 kg , say 36 kg 3. for sill beam (SS flat 65x5 mm,2.55 kg/mtr),gate width x 2.55 = 2.44 x 2.55 = 6.3 kg Total = 131.22 kg x 2 gates = 262.44 kg say =263 kg

Supplying and fixing bulb type (musical note) uncladded rubber seals and stainless steel counter sunk bolts/ nuts/ washers of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, removing existing worn-out/damaged bulb type rubber seals from gates, cleaning surface, making holes in new seals, fixing new seals / bolts/ nuts/ washers tightly in position, labour, scaffolding etc. complete. Rubber seal musical note type 75 mm x 33mm x l2mm (33mm Bulb) uncladed 1.Gate height x 2 sides x No. of gate = 3.36 x 2 x2 = 13.44 mtr say 14 mtr
