Repair/Maintenance and complete over hauling of High mast pole upto 20 meter height including disassembling of motor,rope, gear, pully, mannual key, MCB box etc with well cleaning and replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of fixed and moving parts including checking testing and making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for Highmast will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only in replacement of motor suitable for high mast pole for electrically operated and electrical connection complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of suitable size of rope for high mast pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 5 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded Copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded Copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded Copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Timer panel box Out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 40mmx40mmx5mmfor Highmast pole including Suitable MCB, timer, contacter, control wiring and 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, phase indicator complete, duly painted with stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of minimum height 45 cm from ground level to the platform all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode, 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than not less than 1.5 metres below nominal ground level connected to earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR PART 1 of 2009 to the earthing test point all as specified and as directed. Note :- the cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and RCC cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5 Rmt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED flood light fittings with in-built electronic driver, 250 Watts or nearest higher wattage, IP 66 class of protection with pressure die-cast aluminium body including all accessories and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying and testing in repair of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core all as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes PN 10 of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed
