Providing and fixing 60mm thick interlocking paver blocks on road berm backside SCO and chequerred tiles on berm infront of SCO and widening of parking along Himalaya Marg parking sector 43 B Chandigarh.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.DSR 16.82

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost). DSR 16.85

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 1’-0” x 1'-0” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 1’-0” x 1'-0” having 6” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.2

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. :Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). DSR 15.2.1

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. All kind of soil. DSR 2.8.1

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground(C&D Plant) or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber,watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
