Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding leyers of mortar 15mm thick on floor surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Coloured virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface thereafter applying of texture painting to prepare the surface even and smooth on wall complete all as directed ( Note: \texture painting shall be appiled as per mainufacturer's instruction 7 as directd by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, kneelers water throughs bed plates, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered engles and throating, finished even & smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed

M & Lfor preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc chrome.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 2 coats cement base paint on external wall after preparing new plaster surface over a coat of primer all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete 1;3:6 type C1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks masonry exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for R.C.C 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm grade stone aggregate) as in shelves, slab supported on wall.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slab not exc. 200 mm thick ( horizontel or sloping ) for rough finished surface of conc.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials as soil exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete as sepecified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm soft/loose soil complete as sepecified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and flynut complete, screwed for 25mm bore dia pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified.

S&F 10mm thick PVC insulation coloured panels EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of G.I.powder coated as per specification and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge
