Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket or power controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH (ISI marked), PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI marked) PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper earth conductor green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fan / light / exhaust fan controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of PVC conduit, steel terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Taking down ceiling fan any type/ size from hook and dismantling cable and blades and bring in to contractor store for repair and hanging ceiling fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to contractor store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour forrewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep after dismantling and taking out the burnt winding coils and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge including insulation, Varnishing, drying etc complete and refixing the same after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully water heater storage type of any capacity from its position for repair/ overhauling by disconnecting complete electric/water supply connections, taking out geyser assembly repairing by minor welding of inner tank re-assembling the geyser and refixing the same by connecting electric / water supply connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (spares will be measured and paid separately)

Supply & Fixing in replacement old u/s element and fixing of new heating element of capacity 1.5/2 KW of any type (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt/unserviceable sub main wiring any size complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sq mm FRLSH (ISI marked) PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in concealed PVC conduit including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH (ISI marked) PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed..
