M&L PCC solid block masonry with using pre cast solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10cm in width and built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick walls in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

S&F for Joist, channel, angle,MS Flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing posts complete etc as in chain link fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc for securing wire mesh etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n exc 15 mm long all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean,, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of cement base paint with paint brush or roller brush, as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc , after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (weather coat Apex, 100% exterior grade), as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/ unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make the surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface to make the surface even and smooth (before and after applying putty as per site situation) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of white wash with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glasses any thickness and proving new sheet glass 4mm thick not exc 0.50 sqm in each panes , fixed with wooden beading or with oil putty all as pecified and directed.

M&L for sand filling at firing ranges in layers as directed including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling the firing range terrain surfaces in layers by mechanical means like JCB etc complete all as directed.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Screening of sand and saw dust obtained from Item No 47 here in before above by manual or machine complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and stacking sand and saw dust mixed in proportion 1:1 incl depositiong and stacking the same and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick,watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exc. 1.5 m high from base all as specified and directed.
