MAINT AND REPAIR TO SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, SECURITY WALL AND ALLIED WORKS AT SF ACCN UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

Cleaning blockage of 'S' trap/'P' trap/WC's (Orissa Pattern/ European/Indian Type) /WHB / Urinal /floor trap /Gully trap, Nahani trap in running/flowing order without disturbance by removal of blockage of any type and making fully functional at any location and at any floor in the area covered by FAFA accn at 28 and 29 D including all the T&P reuired for the purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of sewage pipe line any bore/any type in running/flowing order without disturbance by removal of blockage of any type incl all T&P required and making fully functional at any location and at any floor in the area covered by FAFA accn at 28 and 29 D including all the T&P required for the purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge Note:-Note for Ser No 1 & 2: (a) The quantity of unclogging chemical as required is included the quoted rate if required on site. (b) Contractor /supervisor/safaiwala shall attend the MES complaint cell of AGE B/R at FAFA accn at 28 and 29 D to collect the complaints from the concerned JE and submit the minor complaints duly signed by the occupant at 1630 Hrs same day and major complaints within the 24 Hrs of working day in the complaint cell. It will be responsibility of contractor to ensure the attendance of supervisor/safaiwala & completion of complaints. If complaints are not cleared by in specific time a penalty of Rs 500/- will be recovered from the contractor per complaint. The contractor will ensure the cleaning/clearing of all the complaints (irrespective of Nos) within time by deploying additional workers if needed. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. (c) The contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety equipments and observing safety rules required by the safaiwalas during working Hrs as per Govt policies in vogue and as amended time to time. (d) All the waste material / sludge shall be disposed off outside MD land as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Providing Sewage suction truck/tank with high pressure water jet cleaner mechanical means and capacity of truck 8000 ltr, disposal by truck mounted trailors to dispose off sludge, Dewatering/Desluding of sewage line, desilting and dewatering and removing sludge from manholes/line as in foul conditons and removing of sludge, dispose off sludge etc beyond MOD land earmaked by local Muncipal Corporation & UT Chandigarh norms complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor has to hire sewage suction truck with high pressure water jet cleaner sewage truck when required for Dewatering /desludging shall be done.

Cleaning of 110mm CI pipes/PVC pipe laid in trenches/wall including bends/junction/gully traps etc and removing of sludge if any to a distance exc 50 mtr and despositing as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of 75mm CI pipes/PVC pipe of any size laid in trenches/ wall including bends/junction/gully traps etc and removing of sludge if any to a distance exc 50 mtr and despositing as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering/Desluding of manholes (any size and depth), desilting and removing sludge from manholes as in foul conditons and removing of sludge beyond MoD land and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Dewatering /desludging shall be done by suction pump / any mechanical means and disposal by truck mounted trailors to dispose off sludge etc beyond MOD land earmaked by local Muncipal Corporation & UT Chandigarh

Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down steel window/ventilator with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) B1complete all as specified and as directed.
