M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab,walls,chajjas etc,shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-charge (a) Taking down existing APP membrane/ Tarfelt with screed bed and clean the surface thourghly to receive original roof surface. (b) M&L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound 200 ml per bag of cement (c) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab,walls, chajjas etc by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and applying cold bituminius primer @ 0.40 ltr per Sqm of area or as per manufacturar instructions complete all as specified . (d) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane ,non woven,polyster,weighing not less than 3.5Kg /Sqm and 3mm thick with laps and over laps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application methd all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge .Carring out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leekage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (e) Finally applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position or on roof slab/sunken slab as in padding etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor,roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete and making good disturbed portion of jambs with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates, plastering, finish as required etc as directed

S&F Factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid PVC single door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm prelaminated colour sheet reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm MS square tube having wall thickness 19 guge complete all as shown in sketch on page 150 of SSR 2020 Part II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelaminated colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail.
