Supply and application of organic manure @ 1 Kg/M2 to all lawn areas hedges edges by broadcasting the manure over the ground surface and @5 kg / each no of shrub to all shrubs, trees existing in lawns, playfields by ring method one time during contract period as per direction of Engineer- In - Charge. Total area available for manure application = 97072.00 m2 + 75912.00 m2 = 172984.00 m2 , Quantity = (Total area ) x ( No . Of Operations ) = 172984.00 x 2.00 = 345968.00 m2
Maintenance of play areas like cricket pitch , volleyball grounds , ball badminton court , kabaddi ground by regular sprinkling of water ,rolling with medium size hand roller over play areas , mowing of grass on cricket pitch , as per detail schedule given in specifications etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-In-charge. Total area of playfields =3740.00 m2 .This area has to be maintained for 13 days in month for period of 8 months during a year . Maintenance of water fountain by dewatering the fountain area ,servicing of G.I. pipes, junction boxes , conduit pipes lighting fixtures in fountain area with suitable equipments and tools ; servicing of spray and jet nozzles of fountain for smmoth water movement , adjustment of trajectory , direction of nozzles as per dirctions of engineers etc. complete for maintain smooth functioning of fountainas per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-charge .
Hire Charges for tractor with hydraulic trolley for collection and disposal of garden waste , trimmed branches of trees, dried leaves ,mowed lawn etc. from various gaerden areas to designated waste disposal area , shifting of garden soil planting material , movement of material etc. complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-In-charge.
Hiring of 10.00 MT capacity Mobile crane for shifting of material , lifting of tree logs ,etc. in BARC Colony etc. complete. The entire work shall be done as per direction &specifications of Engineer-In-charge .
Transplanting of trees of girth 300 mm to 1000 mm measured at 1.0m above ground level from existing location to new location by prunning of tree branches at all heights by using prunng saw in such away to keep the height of tree 2.0 m . Excavation of trench around existing tree of width 0.60 m & depth upto 1.0 m at a distance of 1.0 mm away from tree trunk, berlapping the earthen ball consisting root zone with wet jute cloth & rope, uprooting the tree with help of Hydra & its safe transport to a lead of 1.0 km at new site of plantation, lowering the uprooted tree in pit of size 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.5 m (pit excavation is to be done by contractor) filled with mixture of red soil, poyta soil & vermicompost in desired proportion as given in specifications, planting the tree firmly, stacking/supporting the tree with wooden poles & rope and its maintenance for six months by regular watering earthing up, weeding etc. complete as per specifications of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing services of an experienced horticulturist for preparation of estimates , field supervision on horticultural works , recording measurements, preparation of work progress reports,work safety reports, preparation of work schedules , daily work allocation report, material inventry report , maintaining various registers required in work execution , preparation of bills of work etc. complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing services for assisting in display of potted plants in various location, shifting of potted plants from various location to nursery and from nursery to various location, watering of potted plants in various location, plantation of plants as and when required, Shifting/rearrangement of material as and when required, dressing and leveling of areas as and when required, maintenance of newly planted plants as and when required and executing horticultural works as directed by deparment engineers etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
