Dismantling of transformer, removing all the base nut/ bolt and disconnecting incoming HT cable connection as well as outgoing connection with duct.
Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breathers & cooling fins etc.
Lifting the core &coils with safe and sound condition.
Cleaning the core and coils with hot oil vacuum machine & removing the moisture from coils and core.
Cleaning the transformer tank, removing the sludges and silt.
Replacement of 4.0 KV LT bushing.
Heating the HT and LT winding with inductance heating, removing the moisture. Improvement of IR value of HT & LT winding.
Lowering the transformer core & coils with safe and sound connection.
Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage.
Tapping the HT connection lead with craft tape
Topping up of transformer oil in T/r.
Dehydration of transformer oil .
Replacement of salica gel.
Replacement of complete hardware items/nut bolt etc.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI POT testing, IR value, voltage ratio etc.
Assembling the complete transformer & installation the same and testing on LOAD at site.
Painting the complete transformer.
Providing and fixing of HT cable jointing kit as per site requirement.
