Wall Panels (WP-T2) Providing and fixing of 230mm deep Stone cladded wall panels, designed as a combination of casement and information panel. Measurements may vary depending on site conditions as these are to be fixed in the existing arches or niches or a doorway; actual measurements to be taken from the site, by the supplier. Casement constructed with 50 x 50 mm x 4mm thk powder coated MS hollow section (grade 201 and above), spaced @600mm c/c as a frame as per drawing to house the printed information panel; provision to install a concealed LED linear fittings (WP-Li1) as required to light the information panel is fixed on the top housing as per the drawing. Edges touching the wall to be treated with anti-termite coatings and finished with low VoC matte paint, colour as specified. Four sides around the information panel to be cladded with 12mm thk low VoC plywood and white makrana stone. Information panel constructed with a framework of 25 x 25mm x 3mm thk powder coated MS (grade 201 and above) spaced @600mm c/c as a rectangle grid frame; cladded with a 8mm thick low VoC Grade and anti-borer and anti-termite plywood and 15-18mm thk first grade spotless white makarana marble slab (maximum single joint is allowed).Finishing coats shall be applied on the surface in two or more coats as required till the Engineer-in-charge/ architect is satisfied with the result. Website Design and Programming The website should at least have the following features as per approval of engineer-in-charge/consultants: 1. The website shall act as a single window for users to access all the information and services offered by the Rajasthan Heritage Museum. 2. Minimum 125 pages with a responsive layout that could be used across different screen sizes of computers, laptops and mobiles. The website should be scalable with unlimited pages in the future. 3. The website should have the following main sections: Home Page, About the Museum, Gallery, Exhibit with museum exhibit information and at least 2-3 images for each object, Virtual Museum Tour, Virtual Exhibition, Gallery Navigation (to be linked to PWA for on-site self-guided tour). 4. The detailed sections for the website should be as per the direction of the content creation team for the website. 5. Progressive (Mobile) Web-based Application (PWA) Concept design, development, programming, prototyping, testing and launching of a responsive PWA for the Rajasthan Heritage Museum in accordance with the design language of the overall museum design. The content on the PWA will synchronise with the Museum Website. 1. The PWA can be used off site to offer a glimpse for the museum and galleries. 2. The PWA will also be used as a self-guided tour on site with either internet or intranet with 4 thematic tours with different points of interests. The tour section can be implemented using local Wifi system either with internet or with intranet. The tour section is only available within the premises of the museum. 3. The PWA will have basic on-screen instructions as part of tour without detection of any hardware. The content on the PWA should be programmed for easy browsing and navigation. The PWA should be able to use for e-ticketing.

Virtual Museum Tour Creation of a self-guided virtual museum tour with about 50 museum galleries and spaces with 360° interactive viewing with at least 10 interactive points for each space with information of exhibit highlights with pop up window showing relevant image/video and captions. There will be at least 4 curated thematic tours with these 500 interactive points for different visitor preferences. The work includes shooting of 360 degree photography including images and videos at the museum site for 50 galleries and spaces. Post production including stitching and basic system work for images. Professional Photography and Video Shoots of Rajasthan Professional photography of objects, people and structures located elsewhere in Rajasthan, about 15 locations for creating contents for print and audio-visual exhibits. The work includes travel of a team of people including main camera man, lighting technician and design team members. Rental of photography equipment, professional lights, system work and creation of final files to be used across print, digital and interactive media. Requirements: 1. Provide raw shoot files including photos and video footages. 2. Provide a team of maximum 4 people with professional photographer, videographer, light technician and sound technician for shooting. 3. Transportation of Museum Collections to SMS Town Hall, Jaipur Transportation of museum collections from varies sourcing government museums/institutions in Rajasthan to Jaipur. The work includes the following: 1. Professional museum-quality portable storage box for each museum collection with label with collection thumbnail images, acc. no. and captions. 2. Loading, transportation and unloading the collections from other sourcing institutions in Rajasthan.
