Providing, fixing and applying plaster of paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways, -i suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25mmx1.25mm thickness welded to main runner and applying POP (calcium sulphate semihydrate variety)to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 1 Omm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. fiame work and suspenders complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and ineluding priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1 Osqm
